One of my favorite features is the dog wash, where owners can come and wash their furry friend self-service style. Buy a token (buy 3 get one free is a great bargain). Pick up some towels and a rubber collar on the way in. Choose your station and walk you pup up the stairs to a waist high platform. There is a recessed tub and short tethers on the wall so you can keep the pet safe and manageable. Pick your 1 of 3 soap options and out come the soapy water from the hose. Pick your spray nozzle preference and lather up the fuzzy family member. Then switch to rinse and wash all the soap and grime away. Then towel dry and switch to a air hose dryer and fluff the pup up. In 25 minutes you have a clean and fluffy friend. Give a complimentary biscuit for good behavior and give one to the dog too. Towels in the hamper and hair in the trash. Took my friend's puppy there while she was out of town and I was watching the cutie pie. I wanted to treat Murphy so I got him a twisty bone (that he thought was delicious) and some holiday jammies. The cashier was super cool and temporarily locked the front door while I tried to get a wiggly puppy into pajamas so he couldn't run away. Both Murphy and his mom are very happy! The staff are all so friendly and I literally cannot walk my dog past this store without him pulling me in so he can get all the pet pets and treaties. He's a pittie but there's no discrimination here - the staff all love him and are so kind and also quite knowledgeable.
