Its quality of the food most definitely suffers, the lack of employees and management skills leave a lot to be desired. What a shame it has not been the same chain restaurant for many, many years. It was a restaurant chain known for fabulous chicken the world wide. Now it’s just a joke!!!! This story starts with the KFC RESTAURANT 683 NORTH MAIN STREET RUSSELLVILLE, KY 42275. * I’ve got multiple complaints. I’m really feed up & pissed off !!!! #1). They never have any Extra Crispy available anytime or pieces I want when I visit this restaurant. There is going to be a 11 -15 minute wait if you want Extra Crispy. So now I have to wait. My wife will not eat the original crust chicken. 2). Next I wanted a good glass of Sweet Tea!!! When I got it it was yellow as piss water. No color of tea what so ever. I told her I didn’t want the crap. She politely gave me a Pepsi instead.* The Sweet Tea is always like this every time I come in here. It had been that way for months on end I told her that !!!!! I’m so feed up with complaining about the terrible tea!!!! It appears no one is listening!!!! What the hell is wrong with the management!!!! It’s not rocket science to see that either you aren’t adding enough tea to the mix, or not boiling it enough!!!!! Why can’t this be corrected!!!!! 😡😤. #3). I had 2 coupons for a drum leg and a thigh for $5.99 each. I asked if my wife could substitute the drumstick for another thigh. She said I could. Guess what my wife had when I got home? It wasn’t 2 Thighs as requested, but a Thigh and a Drumstick!!!!! How ridiculous can you be!!!! 😡😤😠 ** I’m holding my breath to see if corporate will actually do something about these issues. I hope the next time I request Sweet Tea in the future it looks and taste like REAL SWEET TEA. There is a McDonald’s across the street and I’ve never had a bad glass of Sweet Tea there yet!!! Maybe you could ask them how to make it !!!! Your chicken is nothing like it used to be famous for. The chicken has terrible quality and taste. Nothing like Colonel Sanders would have prepared it. The biscuits are some of the worst in the business. Always tough and hard. Now Hardee’s they make a real quality biscuit. So fresh, light and delicious. I would like to add one more thing by reading some of the other post on your reviews. I can see that KFC has a lot of management and employees issues. My bet is if changes don’t begin soon. You won’t be in the restaurant business much longer. That’s quite a shame when I was a child in the 60’s “Kentucky Fried Chicken” was absolutely delicious. It was without a doubt the best chicken in the world. Colonel Sanders ran a tight ship. He believed in high quality, and great taste in his food. Read moreI went to kfc/long john silvers in Hamilton Ohio ,I drove through order a L2 with Cole slaw ,side of fries and an extra piece of fish !It came to 13 and some change so 14 bucks !That is a lot of money for fast food but,I’m getting ready to go on this diet so this was my last hoorah!I get back home I sit down to enjoy my lunch and I bite into the chicken and it was so hard I couldn’t bite through it ,I thought well sometimes there is a piece that gets cooked more let me try the other piece same old hard thing !I drive back to LJS/Kfc I walk in the manager is to busy talking that no one is in the front to even see me ?She finally looks at me and says oh is there something wrong ?I said yes she then disappears for a couple minutes then she comes to the front and says what’s wrong ?I explain she then stairs at me like I’m the problem solver ,after a very uncomfortable stair I finally asked can you please remake the food ?She rolls her eyes and turns her back to me and walks up to a girl in the back cooking food with no hairnet on gross!!At this point I’m not hungry but,later !She points at me and tells her what I need then disappears !I then hears her screaming it’s going to take some time !Thrn she screams five minutes I said ok !Ill wait an hour if my food is eatable !For a moment I felt like I did something wrong but,I quickly came to reality !Whst happened to customer service ?Ive worked In F and B my whole life and the way this manager treated me is unacceptable !She need to be either suggest for her to go work in the back of the house or get retrained on what to do if a customer is unhappy !!!I am not a KAREN I never complain as a matter of fact I eat food when I should take it back !Im not a trouble maker but ,the way I felt after dealing with this I was deflated !!It gets better I get home to find the fish isn’t cooked all the way almost raw!This is why I never send my food back but,I figured this untrained ,no customer service skills ,rude terrible example of a supervisor to represent KFC/LJS would do something to my food!What a nightmare that I’m still wasting my valuable time writing about this eight hours later !That is how terrible my experience was ,I will say a very nice young man working very hard stopped and said ma’am would you like a drink while you wait ?He had long brown hair and was on the thinner side!That is customer service!He should be the manager ,maybe you should promote him and demote her!Just like every job the wrong people are in the power position good old politics at its best !!My review is check your food every time you get it fro KFC /LJS in Hamilton Ohio off brookwood!!!!They often send out cold hard food it’s been going on for a while !Your food is too damn expensive to have to constantly ask for edible hot food !It’s not 99 cents it’s 14 bucks for one person to eat !I expect to at most be greeted by a customer service representative that cares about her position to know to be kind be apologetic and then serve the remake herself not disappear and let anyone hand me my raw fish !!!This so called manager is short gap between her teeth and most likely from Hamilton or Kentucky or hamitucky !!!Loose her before she puts you out of business I don’t care who she knows to have gotten that...

I watched as 2 people were working the front, one was cooking (they were nearly out of chicken) and several other employees just wandering around the store. The young man working the drive up window was also preparing food for the drive up and the front counter. He was wearing no gloves and when he got potatoes on his hands he just slung it off his hands and onto the floor. Just after that he dropped a set of tongs off the food preparation shelf. He immediately picked them up off of the floor which had food scraps all over it and placed them right back on the food prep shelf. I asked the young lady if she had seen what he did and she picked the tongs up threw them somewhere behind a counter and went back to work. I asked if the were going to at least clean the counter and did not get a reply. I requested my order be canceled and my money refunded. The young lady processed a return on my card and gave me a voided order ticket with no manager or cashier signature and no reason for the return filled out on the ticket. In the middle of all this pandemic crisis KFC has signs to request condiments because they are kept behind the counter for the customers protection but have no problem with you eating off of their dirty floors. Don't they realize each time one of them walks into the bathroom and back into the kitchen the bottoms of their shoes is spreading germs from the bathroom floor onto the kitchen floor. I am so glad I went inside instead of using the drive through. All those people buying food and have no idea they may as well have come inside the store and eaten off the bathroom floor.
