Liquor World — Attraction in Louisville

This store has horrible service when they are open. They doubt real identification credentials, and give customers a hard time, despite their locally issued credentials. What's worse is that this store SOMEHOW has even WORSE service when they are closed! That's right; though the hours POSTED on the FRONT DOOR CLEARLY say they are open "MONDAY-THURSDAY 9am-1am" (see attached photo), they were CLOSED before midnight on a weekday. While this behavior in and of itself is deliberate and deceitful false advertising, it pales in comparison to the harassment I received outside the store. While examining the store hours and trying to comprehend the blatant discrepancy between the indicated hours of operation and the apparent reality, I was accosted by a strange man yelling at me from the pharmacy parking lot across the street. He seemed to be interrogating me about the purpose of my presence at the publicly accessible store, and continued to verbally berate me and track me as I left the location, as I feared for my personal safety due to the clearly manipulative intent of the store owners and the questionable intent of the stranger unprovokedly accosting me from another store's...

This is my first internet review ever, the 1 star down there angered me. This is MY local corner liquor store which I'm in every single week. They generally have good service but will sometimes talk too long with the locals, probably me. Its also very clean. I'm a beer man. Ice in my wine glass . For ages they cannot keep the "cooler" cooling - ever; even in winter Thought it was fixed this month as I felt cold on the back of my neck. Had a box-o-wine in the back of it and it's been a couple of days and it's 57 degrees in my glass now. Manager out of town and no one there has the authority to call a repairman.
