Sim's Furniture — Attraction in Louisville

Bought a dining set and a sectional couch. I am satisfied with the item but the communication is poor. I paid delivery fee which is $129 plus extra $25 for assemble fee for dining set. The lady (who assisted me) told me that the couch is free assemble and the dining set is $25 for assemble, the dining set was already assembled at store because it was the last item they don’t have anymore stock for it that’s why when they delivered it it’s already assembled. It doesn’t make sense why I paid extra $25 for it because they don’t really assemble it at all because it was already assembled at store because it was a displayed to begin with so I called to make sure and asked for the lady (won’t say her name) who assisted me at the desk and she wasn’t there and so I talked to somebody who answered my call about it and she’s telling me differently from what the lady (who assisted me) told me. The lady who assisted us is nice and helpful just a little disappointed about the communication. But yeah besides that quality of couch and dining set is nice hopefully it lasts long! 👍🏼

Edited because cannot give a new review and here’s a follow up review: I’ll give it a 5 star! I’ve spoke to the Branch Manager and he is very nice and friendly. Got a problem with my sofa legs and they ordered it for me and they said they will be happy to change it for me and besides that they will refund my issue about the $25. Will definitely be back here to buy another furniture! It’s not only the quality of the furnitures but it is the staffs and manager who treated you...

Best Experience Ever!!! On May 14, 2022 I drove to this particular furniture place looking for a dinette seat. A few people had told me about their positive experiences so I wanted to see for myself. As soon as I entered the store, Christy immediately asked me if I needed any assistance. I told her what I was looking for and asked a few questions. Christy showed me their touch screen catalog which was an Awesome experience for me. I did not feel that the catalog was overpriced plus I knew exactly how much I was willing to spend on a nice dinette set. Christy periodically checked on me and I continued to ask questions. I felt no pressure whatsoever to make a purchase which spoke volumes of the store. I had a lot of questions about approval, down payment, and monthly payments. I “unlocked” my credit report and the store manager, TC offered me a bottled water. I was Approved with NO down payment. I have worked on my credit for years and to have no down payment spoke volumes and let me know that MY hard work paid off. I found the perfect dinette set and Christy did the rest. We had been looking for a very long time for a full size bed… EVERYWHERE! Often times when we’d call places, we would get short answers or, “you just need to come look” when I called Sims, Christina said, “I think we have just one, let me go check..” She came back shortly and gave the details of the bed and we decided to come check it out. We needed the bed within a couple days😬. When we arrived, the teamwork of the staff there was amazing! Princess greeted us and learned from Christina what bed we were interested in.
