Loveland Furniture & Decor — Attraction in Loveland

Stay away! We bought furniture at Loveland Furniture and Decor that did not work when they placed it in our home. This was no fault of the store and we don’t fault their sales process. We called them the day after delivery and talked to one of the family members about working out a return. They called back later that day to say they needed to talk to the owner. No response for 2 days. A person we had not talked to was given the task of calling us to say “no returns”, and of all things, blaming it on covid. We decided to meet the owner in person to see if we could negotiate. He was shockingly rude and abrupt and decided to give us a lecture. “Let me tell you something, I make the rules. I don’t break the rules. We don’t take returns due to covid. You can talk all you want but your words won’t change it” Firstly, in July of 2021 that doesn’t make sense. The covid card's fine months ago, but not now. Most of what we bought came off the floor. How many people had sat on and touched that furniture? He is using covid as a handy excuse to not do customer service. We were prepared for a no - but not like this. We were willing to take a sizable restocking fee hit and store credit instead of a refund. Ironically the furniture business has trouble getting stock these days (per them) and we were offering him unused stock we had kept protected that he could have profited from twice. But he wouldn’t discuss it. He went on to brag that he’d been in business 50 years and didn’t care about web reviews. We’ve unequivocably never dealt with anyone this rude. It was how he said it - not even trying to be decent- that shocked us. We both left saying - wow! What an incredible a*hle! Please don’t support this kind of behavior. We were polite, hoping for a civilized discussion. No soup. We take “buy local” seriously and are willing to try local first. How sad it is that this guy didn’t support us like we were trying to support him. And he will lose business - everyone we know will stay away. Our friends in the furniture business could not believe he wouldn’t consider negotiating a restocking fee. Nor did he offer us solutions like consignment referrals. We do want to mention that his children who work there treated us kindly and with respect. Perhaps it’s time the owner step aside and let them run things since at least they act...

First let me say this furniture is nicer quality then most with prices to reflect that which is what I was going for and expecting. The issues I had: I brought my 2 boys with me to look at thier mattresses and bed room sets. When I came in I was blocked by items in the isle and my boys and I had to squeeze by such cramped displays due to movers moving items onto a truck. Shortly after making it 20 steps I'm approached by a man, I'm guessing the owner asking if something dropped ( not offering help)...Mind yoh my boys are being respectful and calm and hadn't touched anything and are directly behind me, it came across very accusatory. My oldest son said he heard something too, but thought it was in the truck. I let the question go because they have nice items and I get it, kids can often be unwatched and disrespectful. I went to the back section and the one mattress I could see was blocked in. So I went to see the bedroom sets. I was approached by a nice lady with short hair and an accent offering help. I continued browsing. I felt very cramped trying to see the bedroom sets but got the idea. All the while my boys are giggling and I see the same man watching us like a hawk, which was more than uncalled for. I found one bedroom set I loved but the whole experience really was very unpleasant, so we happily left and took or...

If I could give this store 10 stars, I would. After searching with great disappointment the big box stores in Loveland and Fort Collins for furniture to fill my new home, I visited this family owned furniture store 10 minutes drive away from my home. I found EVERYTHING to furnish my whole house. The quality of the furniture is second to none and the prices were very reasonable and actually better than some of the other mass produced pieces at the big box stores. The help that I received from Paige was second to none. She was extremely helpful with picking out furniture with me and gave me great advice on mixing and matching pieces and overall design ideas. There was absolutely zero pressure. I left the store feeling extremely happy and satisfied. I now have all of the furniture selections in my home and I have never had a more perfect overall look. I love every piece that I purchased. I will never shop anywhere else for furniture from now on before visiting Loveland Furniture and Decor. Thanks...
