I have lived in Loveland for 41yrs! I grew up on the river, East Kemper Rd! It has always been like I'm surrounded by love! "Loveland" that's what it meant to me! The carnivals we had when I was a kid, having the river right in front of my house. Fishing everyday, swimming with a tire swing, going exploring the creeks and Little spots. I mean it was the best in every way! What I'm going to say is just my opinion or experiences in the past 4-5 yrs living here! The taxes keep going up. The levy that passed that was for the "children" its not! Making kids park at a park at a park with traffic and then walking and crossing the road??? I was blown away. That to me is not protecting Loveland kids!! It is do compacted down in what I call old Loveland by the bike trail. All the restaurants, stores etc. We were a small quiet town and I know things change but I feel like Loveland Is trying to push out all the "middle" class and "lower" class like in a certain area away from the actual town of Loveland! I mean I take my dog to the park, every park and majority of people are so rude or just walks by. Everyone knew everyone and we took care of each of other! It just breaks my heart all the people I know that I will not mention period because it's not my place and its wrong! People who lived here 25 30 yrs forced out of there homes pretty much! The apartments down in old Loveland??? Like when you have parking on both sides of the road I swear I have came so close to swiping a vehicle because it is so compacted. I'm not complaining and like I said I know with time things change but to what degree??? Rich people have taking over and if I go out I rarely see anyone anymore because everyone left Loveland??? It's sad, I Hate leaving the only home I know but it's not my home/home anymore! Moving on, it will ALWAYS be my hometown but it's not the Loveland I have loved for 34 35 yrs. It's a completely different look and everything! Maybe change the name?? I wouldn't be surprised if that happened anyway! I know this is for the park but I had to say something because it's a part of Loveland and after Today I just couldn't hold it in...

I'm not sure how long this park has been around but I've grown up in Cincinnati & have lived close to Loveland my whole life & have only just recently discovered this park & surrounding sites.....this park is nestled quite comfortably next to the river with the Loveland trail running through it and a rather large sized parking lot. Conveinant bathrooms, Amphitheater map & bulletin board, water pump for humans & dogs, friendly people, permanent manual bike pump with many different tools & attachments for quick fixes for many different types of bikes, tons of picnic tables, lots of close by entertainment, food, drinks, snacks, treats, shops, coffee....etc. I only wish I would have found this part of Loveland sooner but I have definitely found my home away from home......Loveland has got me in my feels. Oh & if you or your kids enjoy playing Pokémon GO......this place is a friggin HUB......Do yourself a favor.....Go visit Loveland, eat the food, walk the trails, enjoy the music,, talk to the people..... enjoy everything it...

very nice, very good location, in the middle of down town loveland, so many things to do, such as there is a bridge that you can jump off into the the water, and If you think it's not deep enough, I'm 5'9 and I don't even touch the bottom of the creek. also there are amazing bike trails, (concrete trails/off road trails. also there is a rope swing that you can swing off of, even though you have to cross the river, it's fun. there is also a tree that you can jump off into water, and since it's the little miami river, it's always fun to go down the river. if you are worried that you will get hungry, there are lots of place arounf that have food. graters is close, a favor ice is there which has amazing prices. and it is a great place to put up a hammock, also there is an amphitheater, so if you have a party, that is a great place to have it. you can come here with your friends, family, and anyone else that...

We ate at one of the great restaurants along the bike trail then walked a short distance to see the new bridge. It had been a while since I'd been to Nisbet Park. There have been lots of improvements made, and, from what I hear, more are on the way. Increased parking near The Works will help make the park much more accessible especially on weekends and during special events. I'm looking forward to seeing what's next.

Lovely park surrounded by great shops, trails, and nature. There always seems to be something going on at the amphitheatre. I've visited this park on several random days and enjoyed the live performance going on. It's a busy little area there. So many people out walking and riding bikes. Really nice community there. Clean park and fun for everyone.

Follow me to see my next adventure 🌟 Nice little park right off the bike trail. There is an amphitheater for concerts, a playground and a nice path that leads to a wide sandy 'beach' were O'Bannon Creek meets the Little Miami River. From the park it's a short walk to downtown Loveland. And the best shaved ice is right across the street.
