Our recent visit to The Wicked Pickle in Loveland, Ohio, was a mix of highs and lows. As a party of three, we chose to have a late lunch and were pleased with the clean and vibrant atmosphere. Bianca, one of the staff members, even checked to make sure our chairs were dry before we sat down at the cozy outside tables, which was a thoughtful touch. We ordered the Duvall Street Tacos, the Mango Jalapeno Wrap with Mac & Cheese as a side, and The Captain with a side of tots and Wicked Sauce. Each dish was flavorful and showcased the restaurant's creative take on classic favorites. The Duvall Street Tacos were fresh and satisfying, the Mango Jalapeno Wrap provided a delightful balance of sweet and spicy, but was very dry and the Mac & Cheese was creamy and comforting. The Captain sandwich, along with the crispy tots and signature Wicked Sauce, was a hearty choice that didn’t disappoint and was like a higher-end grilled cheese sandwich. I would highly recommend grabbing a sauce for any dish with meat, as everything we tried was dry without it. However, our experience was somewhat marred by the loudspeakers. While they were great for drawing attention to the restaurant, they made it difficult for us to hear each other, even though we were seated at the back of the graveled area near the food truck. This took away from the otherwise enjoyable atmosphere and made our meal less pleasant. Additionally, we each ordered water and were a little surprised to receive bottled water instead of a glass, which totaled $4.50. Our total meal cost came to $62.12. Overall, The Wicked Pickle offers great food and a generally pleasant dining environment, but the noise level from the loudspeakers and the unexpected cost of bottled water are things to be mindful of if you’re planning to have a conversation or are budget-conscious.

The Wicked Pickle on the Loveland Bike Trail in Loveland, Ohio is a great place to stop for a bite to eat and a drink after a ride. The food is delicious, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is casual and relaxed. I've been to The Wicked Pickle several times now, and I've always had a great experience. The menu features a variety of items, including sandwiches, wraps, burgers, and salads. I've tried a few different things, and everything has been really good. My personal favorite is the pulled pork sandwich. The pork is so tender and flavorful, and the sauce is amazing. The service at The Wicked Pickle is always friendly and attentive. The staff is always happy to answer any questions you have about the menu or the area. They also make sure to keep your drinks topped off, which is always appreciated. The atmosphere at The Wicked Pickle is casual and relaxed. It's a great place to come with friends or family to enjoy a meal and a drink after a ride on the bike trail. There is a large outdoor patio with plenty of seating, so you can enjoy the nice weather on a warm day. Overall, I highly recommend The Wicked Pickle to anyone looking for a great place to eat and drink in Loveland, Ohio. It's especially convenient for cyclists, as it's located right on the Little Miami Bike Trail.

Orderd the Cuban sandwich which was at best plain, its was good but nothing special about it. The pulled pork tasted like it came out of a can and not good. The wedges came out in a pool of fryer oil and surprisingly room temperature dont understand how thats possible. Id give this place a 1 star if it wasn't for the lemonade drink that was really good and the waiter that was very responsive to everyone's needs. I'll try this place again just to see if it was an off night but highly doubt it because if u can't handle 5 people there how do u handle a busy night.

Nice laidback vibe with outdoor music. Ordered ice waters and our server brought out bottled water. Ordered buffalo chicken dip appetizer that barely came with any chips. Server asked if we wanted a refill on chips with no mention of upcharge, so we said yes to use up the rest of the dip. Ordered a mint mojito, and I am not that picky, but there was zero taste of alcohol in it. So I ordered a shot on the side to add to it. We were charged for the bottled water and extra chips without being told ahead of time of the charges. Wasn’t even given the option to have cups of water (they clearly had and were serving). Upcharge on a kids mac n cheese side, which I was fine with…and I even expected them to charge me for the shot I added. But the maybe handful of chips for $2 to finish up our puny appetizer dip and bottled water when we wanted just regular cups of ice water? Ridiculous. Although the server was friendly and checked on us after bringing our meals, I thought it was unprofessional and cheap not to mention the plethora of upcharges. When I asked to pay, there was no receipt… she just handed me the card reader with my total of $124 which sounded steep for a simple lunch each ordering normal sized meals and a couple of inexpensive appetizers. Well we figured out it was all the upcharges (bottled water, “extra” chips, 3x mac n cheese kids sides, and shot to make my virgin drink actually have alcohol in it) that did it. Kids drinks not included in meals. Again, I’m okay with some upcharges, but maybe mention you’re bringing bottled water and charging $2 a piece ahead of time? And that the chips and dip is enough chips for 1 person and dip for 3. Overly priced place for what you get. And you have to ask to see your itemized receipt before paying. Bummed bc I liked the atmosphere, but we will not...
