Happy Nails — Attraction in Lower Allen

Worst experience that I have ever had at a nail salon. I made an appointment for 5:10 after I got off work for a dip powder refill. Whenever I arrived I still waited about 10 minutes to be seated. After I was sat, the man working started to put the foil and solution on my nails to take my existing dip powder off. I showed him a picture of a design that I wanted on my nails and he said that it could be done. After he finished placing the foil on my nails he went to another customer and proceeded to work on them. 2 other workers at the time were not helping anybody and I proceeded to sit there for an ENTIRE hour before someone started on my nails. A woman that came in after me without an appointment was literally done by the time someone started on me. A different woman started on my nails and had me move chairs. I asked why I had to sit for an hour even with an appointment while 2 other workers weren't doing anything and her response was that my dip powder took that long to soak off... lie. I get this all of the time at my usual salon and it takes 10 minutes. She then tried to talk me into just getting gel polish. I told her no, that I like the dip powder and was told it could be done. She started to file my nails and then moved me to a different chair to be helped by somebody else. Yes, 3rd time I had to move. The third woman started to work on my nails and filed 2 of them not only the incorrect shape but also the incorrect length compared to the other hand. I asked her to fix it and she just kept making it worse. To confirm for a THIRD time, I asked if she could do the design that I wanted on my nails and was told that I could get it done. She said she couldn't do it. So my next question was who could do it that was working since I was told whenever I arrived now an hour and a half ago that I could have it done. The second woman that helped me came back over and said she could try it but only on 2 fingers... she then told me that she didn't like the colors (it was of a palm leaf so it was green) and told me that I should get it done in silver and black.... ????? I said forget it, I will just get a solid color and asked for their dip powder colors. They had about 10 of them and they were all old, un-trendy colors. I then said I didn't like any of the colors and asked just to get an acrylic fill and gel polish. The woman started talking to the other in another language but I could tell by her body language she was mocking me and starting laughing. I, as politely as I could, told them to stop working on my nails altogether and I would pay for whatever services they had done so far. I have NEVER had such a terrible experience at a nail salon and I wouldn't suggest this place even to my worst enemy. If you plan to come here still I suggest you schedule yourself 4 hours of your day and plan to only get your nails painted a solid color....

I cannot say enough good things about my visit to Happy Nails . From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm, elegant, and incredibly inviting. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another appointment.

I received a full set of gel/acrylic nails along with a spa pedicure, and the results were flawless. My nail technician was meticulous, gentle, and clearly experienced—she listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. The shape, color, and finish were absolutely perfect.

What really stood out was the cleanliness and organization of the salon. Tools were sanitized thoroughly, and each workstation was spotless, which made me feel very comfortable.

The service was timely, the prices were fair, and the quality was top-tier. It’s rare to find a place that checks every box, but this salon truly delivers. I left feeling pampered, polished, and already looking forward to my next visit.

Absolutely terrible!!!! First time in 25 years I have not left a tip.....it was so bad. I made an appointment to get an UV gel fill and Acrylic was used instead.... the color that was on my nails was left on the side and edges of my nails when the acrylic was added. When the new gel color was used he didn’t bother to do the edges or the whole side of the nail so the dark color from the old gel was visible making it look like dirt around the cuticles. I asked for the cat eye gel as top coat. He didn’t use the color I chose. He didn’t know how to use the magnet when applying the top coat so gel is smeared and bubbly. Then they charge an additional $10 for waving the magnet on the top of Nails in addition to the extra charge for gel. I’ve never been so...
