I needed new batteries for my golf cart. I ordered them on line that morning. I received my email that my order was ready for pickup. When I got there, the staff was friendly. Seemed to take a bit getting my order, don't know if it truly was ready waited about 5 to 10 minutes for the sales person came from the back with my order.
Never asked for ID or CC used in transaction. Since I had purchased over $500 in batteries, in this day and age anyone scanning the web could have walked in and been me. Scary because I purchased with my debit card.
Overall thought the staff was friendly. Asked if I could turn my truck around to load in. Not an issue. Though clearly there was a ramp that he could have brought around my vehicle back. I thought the strap he used to load the batteries in was going to be thrown in for the sizable purchase. Which mind you would have made it so much easier for my boyfriend to switch out the batteries in such a tight area under the seat. It would have helped with the smashing of his fingers dropping in the batteries into place since there is in some cases barely an inch between the batteries.
I Would use the store again. Not conveniently close to where I live. It was an hour commute, but on the way to our campsite for the weekend. Now with returning the cores will have to load them in without getting the acid on us.
Pro: Friendly staff. Great product line.
Con: Should provide a battery strap to customers getting large heavy batteries. I'm sure the cost is less than a bottle of soda. And when ordering golf cart batteries normally need 6 of them. I purchased 4 since already had 2 new ones. Not sure if they install car batteries, they would have found out not easy to do without it.

Read moreI went in last week to get a battery for my watch. I gave the associate the type of battery I needed. He looked around and told me that they didn't carry this battery but if I purchased one elsewhere, they could install it. I went home and ordered one from Amazon and returned today with the watch and battery. The associate I had today told me that because I didn't purchase the battery in the store, they couldn't install it. I told her about the interaction I had last week -- she said that they did indeed have the battery in the back and that I must have talked to one of her new associates. I asked if she was unwilling to help me because one of her associates gave me bad information, and she said that they couldn't replace the battery because I opened the back. I told her I would close it, and she said that she wouldn't take it and even if she could, I would need to pay a service fee. I asked if they carried screwdrivers for watches and she said no.
Putting the back on my watch would have taken me 10 seconds. They would have had to open the watch back up to install the battery anyway. I fully expected that there would be a service charge. I was willing to pay that charge for what likely would have been less than 5min of work, but this associate was completely unwilling to help me in any way. I'll not...
Read moreVery disappointing. Ordered fobs for both my vehicles. One was in, the other had to be ordered. When they programmed the first one, I had to bring it back in because it wasn’t working right. I waited almost two weeks for them to call me about the second one and when I didn’t hear anything, I called them. The first time I called, the person was supposed to check on it and call me back. No call back. The next time I called, they told me it had been in for a few days. No explanation for why no one bothered to get back to me. I now have to wait to pick up the second fob until their tech is in, which won’t be until next week. I can’t wait to see what kind of issues they’re going to have next!!!
UPDATE: it has now been over a month and I STILL don’t have one of my fobs. I called before I went on vacation, and was told it had supposedly been received but they wanted to confirm it was the right one and call me right back. Shock of all shock, no call back until a couple days later when I was out of town. Went in when I got back and was told it was the wrong one(even though I ordered it from their website) and they would have to order another one.
