Excitement Adult Superstores — Local services in Lower Allen

Places like this are really hard for people to walk into and feel comfortable. However, the staff here definitely made it easy for my wife and I to feel welcomed. Our first interaction was with Rose, she had amazing energy/product knowledge. When we were iffy, or unsure about things, she gave us great advice.. Compared & contrasted brands for us.. And even let us feel a few things to make sure we were okay with the texture. (She made sure to put on gloves... great sanitary environment.) One of the toys didn't have a charge to it & she kindly charged it for a bit while we browsed to make sure we knew everything the product had to offer.

Next we went over to the "smoke shop" area where we interacted with Katie. Katie was a joy! She was funny, light hearted, & very very smart. When she told me about the products, I felt confident in what she was saying. Because of her I signed up for a membership with the smoke shop! This was by far one of my favorite experiences I've had in an adult store. It was well lit and very clean and didn't have that "creepy" vibe a lot of us are afraid of. These ladies were awesome!! This place was awesome!! And I'm gonna copy and paste this review on ALL their sites just so people can know how great they are!!!!

Honestly the store itself is great! But I won't return due to the customer service my partner and I received. The girls was extremely rude, my first time being in any store like that so I had no idea we weren't to open anything and that they had to do if for us (which is perfectly fine) but the way the girl told us not to open the box and that there was a sign right in front of our faces stating that. Maybe she was having a bad day....but it made us not...

Unfortunately they do not allow returns on hosiery items or lingerie duhh but wow not even store credit. So sad. I spent $90. I was convinced I would be able to return and wasn’t told about the changing room option until now. There’s honestly nothing good in this area I should open up shop. 👀 most places like this try and rip you off you can clearly see by how they conduct...
