Garden Nails — Attraction in Loxahatchee Groves

HORRIBLE! I took my 12 year old daughter there with me. She got her nails done in the gel and the girl missed half her nails. Nail polish all around the nails. She seemed more interested in the TV then her actual job! Then i asked for Nexgen French. The guy seemed like it was his first day. He took forever and when he dipped my nails they were not straight and so clumpy. I thought he would fix them with the drill but that was even worse. Every single finger has a cut on it. The nails are all different lengths. I finally told him to just stop that i was ready to leave. I handed him my card and the total came out to over $70! I am usually not one to negotiate prices or complain but every single finger was hurting by this point. I told him i was not paying $45 for my nails bc they were aweful and i was going to have to go somewhere and have them fix it. He called over the manager and she took one look and you could tell she was not happy either. She asked me to stay to fix them but by this point I wanted out of there asap. She said next time you come here come see me. I did not end up paying full price but still paid a ridiculous amount for having something I had to come home and take off. I will never go or refer to that...

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The lady who did my nails left nail polish on my cuticle. I had her do the cat eye which is supposed to be a top color on my nail. The base coat was supposed to be black and she only did one coat and was going to start putting the top color on when you could see through the black. When I asked her to put another coat of black on she got an attitude with me and said I didn't need another one. She didn't know how to do the cat eye and did it anyway. Some of my nails don't even have the cat eye on it but she said that they did if I turn my nail. She didn't show me the nails before she put them in the light and it was to late to change anything. After all of my nails were out of the light they are normally supposed to be dry but they weren't and she didn't touch then because she knew it and didn't do anything about it. She said she could redo them now but I had already been there for over an hour. She refused to give a refund or gift card. Now my nails are partially see through and I had to pay someone...
