Weis Markets — Attraction in Loyalsock Township

I always find shopping at Weis a relaxing experience. Compared to the Wegman's in Williamsport, which feels like an amusement park Weis feels like I'm still in reality. I really love Weis dairy. It tastes fresh and I think it's because it comes locally from Pennsylvania. I can find most of the things I need at Weis. Their gluten free aisle offers great finds and the Weis brand of gluten free flour is great. The prices for Weis made products are very low in comparison with the name brand considering the quality you receive. I've been looking for Tropicana Vitamin C and Zinc lately. Weis stopped carrying it and only carries the version with stevia in it. I thought their Weis Rewards program was better when they offered $1 off for 100 points. Their gas rewards program is a little inconvenient now that they've stopped partnering with Sheetz. These are minor things, I still prefer shopping at Weis in Williamsport over the other markets. I shop here ALOT. esp be ause its very clpse to my house. But honestly the lasr tgree time ive bought creamer from here its bad. And of cpurse the last time i got a deal 2 for whatever. And they were both bad. I do not buy lunch meat from the deli for the same reason. It usually gets slimey in a few days. And there at home covid tests are very expensive. I had to buy 3 because my new born, my son and myself were all sick. Very sick going on 3 weeks. And we were recommended by the dr to take some swabs. Well the only place close ia weis. Or rite aid on third. Which is a 20 min walk from my house. Or i can take the bus there and expose my sick lil baby to more viruses. So i decided to go to weis. $20. Twenty dollars for each test!!! #1 you would think theyd either have them free to the public, or cheaper than that....

Very nice, clean, well organized store. Products always seem to be fresh I have to give special recognition to the young man they have working the parking lot and baskets. Very friendly, personable person. He goes out of his way to help a shopper get into and out of the store. I use an electric cart. He actually ran across the parking lot to help me unload my groceries, helped me lift some pumpkins, and then took my cart back in the store. He's a blessing to have around. I hope if he has aspirations of promoting within the company, they give him a position that he can use his talents to have contact...
