Went for lunch during all of this craziness going on in the this world. Ended up having a good lunch with my family. All of the cutlery was pre-packaged forks and knives then spoons came seperate, if needed. All the servers wore face masks and gloves. Seemed to be very sanitary around the customers. There is a sign that says must wear face mask to enter, which is nice even though most local people don't follow the guidance throughout the state. Service was fast and friendly. We all got entrees with one appetizer and a side. All were satisfied with our food. Got the French onion soup, it was chock full of onions not too much broth. Could've used another minute under broiler to brown up the cheese a bit, overall a good soup. The mac n' cheese bites were on point, not overlly cheesey but good flavor and fried nicely. My main was a dozen wings (half southern dynamite/ half sweet heat) and a side of the brew city fries. Wings were good, not spectacular, and sauces were a good option. I was looking for some more heat but it did the trick and all wings were drenched in sauce. The brew city fries were a beer battered fries which gives them a nice crust and excellent flavor. The other mains were the Buffalo chicken salad, which was recommended to us by our server and was kind of disappointing. It was a chopped salad that was on a flatter plate, which is not the correct vessel for a salad of that size. Then knight burger was cooked well and had good seasoning with house fries. Then the last was ham tailgater with the works minus the peppers. All were good mains except the salad because of the plate and the fact that it's a chop salad, so trying to stab with a plastic fork isn't gonna work well.

I’m craving for burger and hubby wanted some wings so we came to this place on a Sunday afternoon. The ambiance is very welcoming, has quite a few TV’s and the waitresses are all very friendly. Hubby had the Southern Dynamite & Garlic Parmesan wings, both ain’t too bad but nothing to write home about. I had the Spartan burger in medium but came out more like medium well, it’s a good size burger and everything is fresh but I guess they are short on salt or any kind of seasoning cause it’s pretty bland. Probably will go elsewhere when I’m in the mood for burger next time.

Ordered food for take out, I ordered the Indian BBQ it didn't say that it had coleslaw on it on the menu got home it was covered in coleslaw I also order brew city fries. They told me to pick it up at 6pm got there a few minutes after went home right after picking them up and everything I ordered was cold the sandwich feels like it just came out of the fridge and it looks like BBQ you would get from catering out of one of those large aluminum containers.

i have been a solo tea tootler stop off for onion soup and potato skins for many years. Actually from the time Craig opened the place, my late brother in law and I would meet there.

Today I choose to stop mid afternoon and yes, you guessed it and i did order the usual, plus ice tea.

Not busy. a quick in and out ...right? There was absolutely no one in the dining area ..then it was no one but me and two waitresses..and maybe 6 or 8 folks at best at the bar. A timid newbie waitress took my small simple order.

I waited and waited and waited did get finally get a glass of what was supposedly to be the newly brewed I was told ice tea tthat I ordered..tasted it and at first thought it was just cloudy water maybe but sadly it turned out to be more like colored water. I got her attention finally..she was buzzing, chatting with the other watness who also had nothing to do; ,my very.timid waitress did however promptly replaced it with anothrer replacement drink that didnt have to be created here a sprite like soft drink..Ok Ok..

But still no food, in sight?? I waited patiently some more and finally called her over from her deep chat with waitress number two..

Wheres is my food order? Her reply? ..she replied it not ready yet when asked where is my food??? Really? tough order to fill I guess very complex, right?

Finally I called her again after much too long of additional wait and said simply just make it to go..finally tyhen later still did get it in a bag to go paid by card added 20% tip Im not sure why! and left.. when home I found I had bought the very very sad looking order indeed..the sad remainders of very very sad very tiny small scribbled up potatoes just slyly larger than a singular typical size French fry and tough, yes tough to eat too..enough to be mostly were barely eatable.

Craig would be roiling over in his grave..Yes tiz sad when the otherwise greatship went down. Yes and yes! Understand what covie did to everything food and hospitality industry..and mom and pops particully. But other mom and pops cooks still cook fairly well and timely meals even if buzy..Tiz sad when the great ship went down.

Still wonder why you cant even fine may onions in the brothie soup and why its so difficult to do potato's al la simply potato skins in a reasonably timely with no one in the...

Will not return. Been a return customer for over a year for their Wednesday night wing deal and picture special but have had enough. Slow service, frequently messed up orders, always messed up checks. Overtime I've brought several new customers as well as coordinated a group of guys to return between 2 to 3 times a month. The running joke is not what they'll mess up with the order or the bill but how badly they will mess it up. Been dealing with it because the wing deal is decent price and the wings are okay. Today I happened to have someone watching the kids so my wife and I went to their Wednesday Wing deal for the special, we had between 4:30 and 6:00 to get in enjoy it and get the kids. When we went to order they told us we could either pay full price for the wings and beer or we could wait till 5:00 to place our for the wing special. Keep in mind I've never gotten my wings in under 45 minutes and usually closer to an hour. Barely enough time even if we put our orders in immediately. As far as I'm concerned lack of flexibility to work with us honor the wing deal half an hour early when we wouldnt get the wings until well after 5 anyhow is poor management and as such they've lost myself as a customer and probably the group I would routinely...
