BLVD GRUB & SUBS — Restaurant in Williamsport

Very HUGE disappointment for our first time there. Went there to dine in but ended up taking out. Ordered a bucket of wings for $16 cause I heard good things. Wanted other stuff as well and asked for a menu cause I seen one online and she told me all they had was fried food cause their grill was down (which I knew from the fb post). She said they only had fryer food and it was French fries. So 1 where is all your other fryer food that your menu states you have and 2 what about the cold subs, pizza and salads that your menu states you have. Also asked for ranch for the wings and she told me they were out. WHAT PLACE on a Saturday night 2 hours after you open has nothing on their menu but wings and fries. SO we ordered just the wings to go and I went to sit down to wait for my order and they called me cause they were done already. When I stated ALREADY--- she told me yeah a batch just came up(which I understand they are constantly cooking cause of the great price), BUT I literally live less than 6 minutes away and they weren't hot, not even warm. They were COLD. THEY weren't even covered in the sauce like they should have been. They only good thing about this was the size of wings and the price they were. It was an AWEFUL experience. Also while standing in the dining room I overheard the staff state that the owner just posted the wings were reduced to $13 a bucket. I just paid 16 and now they were 13. Was looking forward to BLVD Grub & Subs from a recommendation. If you're on your way there, turn around and go to Sheetz instead. We'll start off the good.

The mango habanero wings were great. Good heat, sweet, and crispy. Just what you're looking for. Great job!

Now for the rest of the story. The cheese steak meat was burned and dry like it was left on a dirty flat top too long. Crispy black edges imparting the flavor of cheese steaks from last Tuesday. Nearly non-existant cheese or mayo. Bun was soft though. Go literally anywhere else for a cheese steak; Newberry Subs, Riverside, old OIP, Bridge, or I hate to say this, Subway. It would be the last cheese steak I ordered in the Susquehanna Valley.

Pepperoni Pizza. If you took the most generic pizza sauce from a can, poured it on cardboard, and blackened the edges, you have BLVD Grub & Subs pizza. I'm not picky, just calling it as it is. Crust is super chewy (tough) and it's just as generic as school pizza. If you eat just the cheese, there's no flavor other than the overly sweet sauce stuck to it.Didn't even get the courtesy of a zip lock bag for leftovers, and by that I mean 7.5 out of 8 slices).

Give the 8 day old meatloaf leftovers in your fridge a solid consideration before ordering from here. Your toilet may hate you, but your taste buds...

We PRE-ordered 3 days in advanced for NYE, as it was advertised via Facebook. I received my confirmation. Pickup time was 7pm. We were from 40 minutes away and our first time. We had ordered the tray of wings, two of them. Upon arriving, numerous people were waiting over an hour and more for their orders. When we went up to say we are here, and pay, we were told our order was never put in. (We had messenger for proof of confirmation). They told us 20 minutes. An hour went by. Then, an hour and half. When the wings finally came out, they were not on a tray, 3 dozen were not sauced, none were labeled and the sauces ordered were all wrong. The staff really didn’t care or apologize or make an attempt to make anything right. I had been looking forward to this place for a year and I’m so disappointed ☹️. We are hoping to give it one more try...
