DON PATRON WILLIAMSPORT — Restaurant in Loyalsock Township

I mean the food was not good and flavorless. The birria wasn't even seasoned... but I got up charged for cheese on my burrito when I told the lady even in Spanish to not put cheese on it. She nodded her head and ran to the kitchen and brought my burrito out with cheese but charged me for EXTRA CHEESE???? On the menu it says the burrito CAME WITH CHEESE ON TOP WHICH IS WHY I ASKED FOR NO CHEESE. I also asked for pico de Gallo in my burrito and she said it's going to be on top..... There was NO pico de gallo on my burrito at all or in my burrito. My husband mentioned this to her while paying for the bill but she acted like it was what we ordered and we don't argue with service workers because there's no point so he paid the extra anyway. Really bad way of doing business.... Where's the integrity? Makes me wonder how many people get up charged on a daily basis at this restaurant without even knowing. Another thing was that there was a super wasted man on the patio so we couldn't sit on the patio since he was clearly harassing guests during dinner and no one did anything about it. We asked our server for chips and salsa about three times... Even asked her in Spanish and she nodded her head but never brought them. I just can't believe we got up charged for things we didn't order! That's disgusting!!! I hope the restaurant does something right about it because that's ridiculous even if it was a $5 upcharge which was weird because those items she told us that we ordered don't even add up to $5. At least the food was decent. I mean being from California near the border I was excited to eat good Mexican food and yeah the food was alright and the atmosphere made it feel like home but the treatment and service? No way! What a bummer. I don't know if I want to go back now or maybe if I do we just have to be more stern and clear this time even though we spoke English and Spanish to our server and she made it clear back that she understood. Don't know if the staff was lazy because it was an hour before closing or what. There were barely any guests in the restaurant... Just so incredibly annoying. I tried not to let it ruin my night out with my family. It's the fact that we were lied to which made me feel terrible and insulted...

Food was fine, lively enough atmosphere, service was abysmal from the start. Waitress i think her name was Nikki from the receipt, immediately got an attitude with me and my wife for asking what size the tequila fishbowl is on the menu so we could order that. " I don't know what these sizes are I just tell people small, medium, large, extra large". And then it took the tone of we were the jerks for asking about the drink sizes on their menu and then played 20 questions with the waitress to figure it out, which made it seem as if we were an inconvenience for being there. Asked for a side plate for my meal so I had something to build the fajitas on instead of the hot skillet or the plate with all of the fixings on it. After she took 3 food orders, two drink orders, and got someone else extra chips for their starter she eventually came back with my plate when I was pretty much done with my meal after eating it on aluminum foil that the tortillas came with, She checked in with us more after we were finished to rush us out of the restaurant than she did when we were eating. And yes, I still left her a tip even though I felt as if our hospitality outweighed hers. No need to go...

Tried this place again after an awful first time experience. Second time visiting did not change my mind BY ANY MEANS. I walked in and seated myself at the bar (no one was up front to seat guest). I sat at the bar and watched servers and bartenders walk past me for roughly 15 minutes before someone asked me If I wanted a menu. (No greeting. Just, "do you want a menu?") Ordered food and a drink at the same time and received a terribly made basic Margarita, over cooked and terribly seasoned chicken breast with a mound of barely cooked bacon on top of it (wasn't even aware bacon came on it- scrapped ALL OF IT OFF) and over cooked refried beans. I could not even finish the meal. I was asked once if I needed anything else and at that time I asked for my check. Paid my tab but definitely expressed my lack of interest in ever coming back to this place again. I have traveled many places & experienced great Mexican cuisine (authentic and non-authentic) and I am also a very experienced cook myself. And I can tell you with 100% confidence, the food is NOT good! Period. And the service is...
