THIS IS KIND OF A LONG ONE BUT PLEASE READ SO YOU KNOW TO AVOID THIS LOCATIONâźď¸
Iâve ordered from here a few times and to be honest, itâs always in some ways disappointing whether it was because it wasnât cooked well done like I asked, less than bare minimum toppings, not cut properly, etc. I decided to give them one last chance because I do love Papa Johnâs but it was such a mistake because of two really gross issues. Issue #1 being my small pizza came with a side of garlic dipping sauce that was for some reason put on the pizza itself and the ink which stated the expiration date on the bottom of the dipping cup transferred onto the cheese. I know couldâve just pulled the cheese off that slice so no biggie but it was a small one and just the thought of the dipping cup itself when I have no idea where itâs been being on the slice was a little gross to me so I just moved onto another slice. Now issue #2, when I grabbed the next slice, I had some trouble pulling it apart which I assumed was because it wasnât cut properly once again but in reality what was holding it together was A WHOLE STRAND OF BLONDE HAIR BAKED INTO IT. I literally pulled it out from UNDERNEATH the cheese and it was long enough to be spread over three slices. I have bright fire truck red and orange hair with black roots and the two other people I live with are both dark brunettes, neither of whom had touched the box or were even in the same room as me when I opened it. Needless to say, I was throughly disgusted and brought it back to the store to get a refund. The manager or whoever it was that helped me didnât have an attitude but definitely wasnât happy and didnât seem to believe me because, as per his own words, the hair was âcurlyâ and they donât have anyone with curly hair in the store (they do have a blonde woman whoâs the only blonde there) but it only looked curly because of how hard I was pulling it on top of it being baked so of course it would change shape, thatâs common sense but I digress. They issued the refund regardless and told me my next pizza is free with my quality guarantee but Iâll never be ordering from them ever again. Iâd rather get Dominos. At least theyâre not overpriced and their pizzas donât come with a...
Read moreGoing there after ordering online, mentioning after I made payment that that "looks like my order there" on the rack and being ignored and made to wait another 10 minutes until she decided to give me the order was bad enough. Now the next time I go, I again ordered online, same person, a manager at that Misty Dugan, the order total with tax was $22.24 I asked for a 2 liter of diet Pepsi as well, she reached for my card while telling me the total was over $34, and I explained that wasn't right and showed her the order on my phone. After typing on the order screen she comes back with another price, again higher then what it should have been, I said forget the soda I'll just take the original order that is $22.24. Awhile later after saying she'd fix it, she comes back with "how about $22.76" that's when I'd had enough, I asked for my card back told her I wasn't playing games and that I would not be ordering from there ever...
Read moreRestaurant #2840 Williamsport PA 17701 Me and my co-worker wanted to try the papadias, so we ordered on line around 9:45am for 11:30. They arrived around 11:43 so that wasnât bad at all... now for the papadias, she ordered a chicken bacon barbecue with RANCH dressing... when it came, it had barbecue dressing... WRONG, it was supposed to be RANCH dressing. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak papadia with cheese dressing and they got the dressing right on my order, thank GOD. The papadias were very disappointing, hard as a rock around the edges, you couldnât even chew it or you might break your teeth. I had more onions and green peppers then steak. 136416455752 code should give us a free pizza instead of POINTS. I will never order another papadia ever again... plus I tipped the drive 3.00 dollars.... it wasnât his fault, but the food was terrible. Order # 0001 WEB. Yours Truly Very...
