I went in there to try to sell some clothes I got from ross with the tags still on it just to see what they would offer me just out of curiosity, and when they showed me the offer i POLITELY declined it and the girl looked at me with the most disgusted face. She proceeded to hesitate and then finally gave me my clothes back. I went home with no problem then when I went to take a look at the clothes I realized they took all the tags off before even fully paying me out, so they were still my items and they pulled the tags off with out my consent thinking I was gonna take the offer. I called up there and let the "manager" know what happened and all she said was umm um uhh we dont want to display that store tags on our floor. So unprofessional definitely recommend that if your gonna own a resale store make sure you train your employees the correct way please and thank you.
edit - this is replying to the owner. 1 so i wasn't concerned about the offer i frankly could care less about the offer that they offered me my concern was about removing the tags before fully paying out the buy. 2 your employee was in no position to to remove the tags, and if your employee was trained the correct way she would've know not to do so. 3 try to hire employees with good attitude and not what you call...
Read moreHonestly if you’re gonna accept only 1 of 9 items, ACTUALLY say why. The jeans I was selling were quite seriously brand new, sizes 0-4 and worn 1-3 times and just simply did not fit right. The brands included were Hollister, American Eagle, Wild Fable, and Old navy. 3/4 being brands they ASK for in their website. Yet her only response when telling me they only took in one item, (which so happened to be the only 2nd hand GoodWill jeans in the bunch😂) was “Uhh I think it was just wear, I don’t know, I have looked through so much clothes today haha”. As stated, these jeans did not have wear or stains or rips. Not even fading at the knees. If you are oversold for jeans just SAY SO. I also had Lululemon athletic wear and none was taken, yet they have the ugliest Lululemon items in stock. Literally just say WHY because my friends and I thoroughly examined every pair of jeans and all zippers worked, no stains, no fading, no rips/ holes, no fraying… genuinely perfect condition. Not to mention girly pop who was checking me out quite literally did not give me my bag of clothes back until I asked even though I had the whole receipt for 1 item sold. It’s so painfully obvious that the business is ran by teenagers, not in a good way too. Even in the review replies you can just...
Read moreI came in the morning waiting for store to open so I could sell them my items. I had a lot of new things with tags and some others in great condition. I checked in and dropped off my things with them. The lady only told me it be 20 minutes which is not bad but I walked away, somewhat concerned because it was quite a bit of items. I honestly think if you walk in here with a lot, the girls do not want to go through it. I had so much stuff and they only accepted a handful of items which is usually how it goes but one box looked untouched and that’s when I knew they didn’t go through it.. I did not feel comfortable. My selling experience wasn’t great here and it almost made me not wanna come back, but they do have great items to shop from. If I do come back to sell, I’m not going to be bringing a lot of items with me because it seems the more you bring the less you money you...
