I have a small German Shepherd and an Aussie Shepherd Silkie. The park is well set up for all size dogs, small ones to the left, large ones to the right, the center enclosure has training equipment set up. Only issue I had, besides the water not working, was folks taking multiple sized dogs in one enclosure. My dogs are both rescues, sweet with people, most dogs, and my cat, but they both have had bad experiences with small dogs running up behind them, barking at their heels and biting at them. They will spin around and face the small dog, then run off. But when the lil dog won't stop, I've had both my dogs nip at them, then ppl get defensive. We have also had a pit bull run up and jump my German Shepherd, my adult son intervened and got bitten. I see ppl sit down, get on their phones and ignore their dogs. I've taken mine into the small dog area because it was empty, 10 minutes or so and then some small dogs came, so we left. Just as a preventative. It's a great park, very busy. We have had some bad experiences, but that's due to dog parents' inattentiveness. Not the park or dogs. I really...

The water fountains allow for your pup to always have fresh water, tons of waste stations, and really comfortable benches throughout. There is even a covered picnic area in each section, although I'm not sure that having an actual people picnic is a good idea. The shade from the small pavilion is great.

Read morePosting about the ACTUAL park: It's nice and clean with friendly dogs. Review that calls out Zoey has a picture of the "aggressive" dog on her back in a submissive state. Don't call out specific dogs in your review of a park, and don't leave out the whole picture. I know people bring small dogs to the large dog designation, and I've seen owners let their "precious angels" go free, but as soon as the "aggressive" breed reacts it's all their fault. Take that 3 star review with a grain of salt. True dog...
