QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Lubbock

stopped here for a late lunch and i have to say we were very disappointed. chips were EXTREMELY salty and i couldn't tell for sure but it seemed like the queso was extra salty as well. even though there was plenty of meat in my boyfriend's quesadilla one piece had so little meat, it almost wasn't worth eating. a little more attention to detail would be great for the price we pay to eat here.

my boyfriend needed to use the restroom so after we paid, he attempted to enter the restroom. he knocked and an employee opened the door and looked at him, guffawed and then shut the door. he waited about 5 minutes and tried again, but the employee was still in there so he unfortunately had to duck into the ladies room. which coincidentally has a sign on it right now that the door does not lock. 😳 that's a safety issue that should be taken care of right quick and in a hurry! glad i didn't need to use the restroom, i would have refused in that circumstance.

THIS WAS MY GO TO PLACE WHEN I AM SUPER LATE TO WORK. I KNOW HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE AND HOW MUCH FOOD I GET IN MY BOWL. THIS TIME I WASNT EVEN LOOKING AT MY BOWL WHEN THE STAFF WAS FILLING IT UP WITH FOOD CAUSE I WAS BIT SCARED OF HER FACIAL EXPRESSION TOWARDS ME. I TOOK A TAKEAWAY AND WHEN I CAME TO WORK AND OPENED MY BOWL I WAS SO DISSAPOINTED. IT WAS JUST ONE SMALL SPOON OF CHICKEN AND ONE SMALL SPOON OF RICE AND BEANS. I FELT IT WAS SO LESS THAN WHAT I PAID FOR AND WHAT I USED TO USUALLY GET. I DIDNT WANTED TO GO BACK AND MAKE A SCENE IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS BUT I THOUGHT TO WRITE THIS. ALSO I FELT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHOEVER WAS SERVING US AND IN CASHIER. So it was my first time in there, and I even told the girl behind the counter and the first girl that gave me my protein was super nice, but the second girl looked like she needed to just go home. She didn’t want to be there. I asked for extra corn and I felt like I was asking her to give me $20 Out of her pocket. She didn’t look very happy. The next thing I noticed was the portions of food are not very good. My protein was the steak meat and it hardly had any meat in my whole bowl that I ordered. It was full of rice and beans. I just felt like it was not worth the money I paid for it. I should’ve stuck to my guns and went across the street and got me some fajita burritos from roses would’ve been way better and cheaper. i’m not really trying to be rude or anything, but the food is just not for me.
