Flotzies Soft Serve — Attraction in Luray

food was fine, but the workers have a horrible attitude. as well, their menu does not state any allergies (besides peanuts). when product was made with something my friend was allergic to and she asked for it remade without the topping (even though she ASKED at the window what came on it and was not told this specific topping was on it) they wanted to tell her “oh that’s your fault, get in the back of the line and pay for another”. due to this bad service, her throat and mouth started to burn badly (she picked off the product but it was still there since it touched her ice cream) this is horrible customer service. if it’s policy, that’s fine but FIX YOUR ATTITUDE. you can say this nicely. I have worked in customer service for over 5 years, it’s not hard to accommodate and be nice to CUSTOMERS of your business. it’s not hard. or get another job if it is for you. will not...

Absolutely wonderful! We were glamping up in the Shenandoah National Park and dropped down to Luray to listen to the Singing Tower Carillon. Flotzies appears to be a permanently anchored food truck. It's on the corner of a huge parking lot with a set of tables and umbrellas to sit and enjoy your treats. Apparently they have a special flavor (ours was butter pecan), and so there were a few specials capitalizing on that flavor. I had a Praline Sundae based on it. Their menu on Google was hard to read so I took several pictures and cropped each page to upload here. I came across this nice place while passing through and it was a great find. The friendly people here reopened it on June 11, 2023. It is delicious soft serve ice cream and it is currently decorated for Autumn. These folks have great vision and have made it look so nice. There is plenty of seating. I had something called a Flotzie, which is like. Blizzard at a national ice cream chain. I chose the Snickers Flotzie. The ratio of ice cream to Snickers was spot on.
