So this is my first time ever going to dye my hair I walked in with virgin hair. The staff are friendly and very clean environment but how I left was not how I wanted to. The hairdresser that I got she was very sweet as well. I wanted a beige blonde. I was there between 3:30pm to 8:40pm just to get a bleach bath three times, a gaze and a color. I couldn’t get the color I wanted because I have dark brown hair and I have to lighten it more so I had to choose another hair color so I choose strawberry blonde that didn’t do anything to my hair. when they were done washing my hair and I saw that color a golden yellow! I mediately wanted to cry because I trusted these people to transform my hair into something beautiful. I even asked questions before I ever booked for this service. They fail to inform clients also first timers that have no experience like myself in these stuff. The price they give you on the website isn’t the price pacifically for what you want done. oh no! you need to spend more to get what you want if you don’t have it. They will just improvise. I was disappointed Now if I wanted it fix or change. Of course I had to book another appointment and pay more. For this kind of money I spent and time. if this was the result I was going to get, I could’ve just watched a YouTube, gone to Sally got a bucket of bleach(for cheaper), a color and would of gotten a better result at home then the one I got here. Plus I tipped!!..No woman should ever leave a salon with a hat on so no one would look at her. It’s embarrassing, she’s should leave like a fabulous queen. Now I’m going home to buy a box hair dye just to fix what happened…

So I was Hellraiser, the salon is beautiful decorated people are so warm and nice ,serving coffee and offering variety of snacks the people are amazing ,but however nice they are and the conversation is pleasant. I still required a service and had expectation how I wanted to look and feel in my own skin ,I explained and provided plenty of pictures of what I wanted even asked to be fixed after I was not happy , beginning of appointment I explained to the stylist that I need care because I have been going through hair loss that has have me feeling bad , apparently that meant put hundreds of hair pins in my hair which alit fell of at the event cause a lot of pain and more hair loss and I didn't look nothing like the picture I provided from Pinterest, make up I retouched at home and had little reaction to the not so blended in lashes ,felt uncomfortable like I was being poke by needle were she cut them , they are awesome people but I can't come back for a service anymore spent so much money updo and make up to feel this horrible , uncomfortable and be called Hellraiser cause of the pins ,this has affected more my hair loss and quality of hair hasn't been the same again ,I would have rather been told she couldn't do the hair like I wanted it instead slapping pin after pin in my head ,I'm so sorry but no 😭. Gave a private review never heard from them also .

This place is very clean, organized, and friendly staff! My stylist is Alexa and I’ve been going to her for almost 2 years now. I remember I went here with my long virgin hair and Alexa did a very good job! I wanted a short ash blonde look and she gave it to me <3 For my second appt I wanted my hair lighter with a hint of greyish purple, showed her an inspiration picture, and guess what? she copied the exact color that i wanted! (photo attached) Ever since then I’ve been going to her for glaze, hair cut or root retouch. I even booked my mom an appt with her and as expected she also loved Alexa! I always get compliments from people because of my hair. Tried a lot of color as well already and she never disappoints me! very great service. Love this place so much and ofc Alexa!

Very disappointed with this place. I wasn't sure to write for a while but I really don’t want another person have the same experience as me. First time I went to this place to get my hair cut and half balayage, it ended up HORRIBLE !! She totally get me wrong with cutting style and color. I can understand 1 thing to become wrong but I really don't understand how can she make wrong all the way even I have shown pictures. First of all, when she done with my hair I didnt like it because it came out dark which is not what I want. was not even close and then She tried to fix it and glazed it second time. Came out a mess !! she left me “unknown creation color” Of course I did not like it, but all she has to tell me that if I want to get my hair to be blond I was needing to see her at least 2 more times. And each time suppose to pay almost $200. So this is something that customer needs to be inform before the process not after when it’s too late.

After I went home I called them and tell them how I am upset with my hair and needs to be fix urgently. Then they gave me another appt with another person. She was nice but she wasn’t even want to touch my hair from the beginning. I went to hair salon 1 day before appt just to show her my hair and tried to explain how I want to my hair. And all she has to tell me that she has another customers that day on my appt day and she can not do anything long on my hair which means she can only glaze it. Fine !! But it is very unprofessional. If somebody requesting recover it has to be book for proper time and get it done accordingly. And I did not even talk about my cutting style yet. I had long hair before I go there and I have shown her round cutting style in the back, and all I got a straight cut in the back with little shape in the front. First, They defend themselves as I had dark hair on my first visit and thats why they could not go far in the first day. Which is totally lie!!. I had half highlighted hair but 1 year old. All I want to get refresh on my hair since I already have highlight. And after I went my second time they came up with that she didn’t want to ruin my hair in the beginning because I had highlight. Very frustrating !! Eventual, I have paid $260, plus 3 days visiting and they left my hair big mess. It was a disaster. I had more then 3 colors on my hair. Never be back and Do not...

I had been a regular client at this salon for about a year, sticking with the same stylist throughout. She was relatively new to the profession, with maybe one year of experience, but she effectively promoted her products and services. One of her specialty services was a curly cut, which I was interested in trying. Being open to new things and supporting emerging talent, I continued to book appointments with her and followed her recommendations.

Over time, my satisfaction with the results was hit or miss. At times, I felt pleased with the outcome, as it aligned with my expectations. However, there were instances where the haircut was uneven, or the style lacked longevity, losing its shape sooner than anticipated. Despite these inconsistencies, I continued to return, encouraged by the salon’s emphasis on advanced bookings and the hope of experiencing more consistent results.

The turning point came when my stylist had to cancel and couldn’t fit me into her schedule. This led me to explore other options. Through this experience, I realized a few things: Complacency: I had become too comfortable with the same salon, overlooking potential alternatives. Overpayment: I was paying premium prices that continued to increase without consistently receiving the quality of service that matched the cost. Inconsistent Service: The variability in the quality of styling and treatment from my stylist was evident. Persistent Booking Pressure: I felt continually pressured to book future appointments, both through the salon’s advanced booking process and direct messages from the stylist. While I understand and appreciate the hustle, this constant push became overwhelming and detracted from the overall experience.

Reflecting on my time at this salon, I’ve learned what I don’t want in a salon and stylist. While the salon had some nice amenities, like upgraded facilities and massage chairs, these didn’t make up for the lack of consistent, quality hair care. Paying over half a grand for services and recommended products, plus a tip, without getting the results I wanted, made me realize it was time to find a new salon....

First and foremost this place is PRICEY, but I knew that going into this. I was told we could keep the price at about 200 give or take and they delivered. With that, I expected more from the results. Basically I got highlights put in over my grown in hair which was a brownish shade at the bottom. The highlights came out way too gold compared to the bottom of hair. When I first walked out of the salon I thought I loved it and I was so happy. Maybe it was the lighting, I’m not sure but I felt really confused as the days went by. I thought we had a plan but I guess I wasn’t prepared for the results and time it would take. I showed the stylist pictures of what I DIDNT want and walked out with just that. My hair is naturally curly so the highlights look different when my hair is straight. So the highlights just looked chunky after I washed my hair. Also the blowout was not great at all, but I was told it comes with a cut so I didn’t care too much. 5 days after getting my hair done I ended up going to another salon and getting what I wanted, but at the expense of dropping another $120 dollars. I’m not going to bash this place because it’s not like they didn’t try but my pockets really hurt and I’m kinda just sad about how it played out.

If you want to know whether you should go there or not, you should base it off the price, what you want, and how much time you’re willing to wait to get your results. Emphasis on the MONEY because I swear I’ve never paid so much money for JUST full highlights and I don’t think I ever will again. Also take into consideration your hair texture and strength. I thought my hair couldn’t handle more but I got it fixed by getting a light color done on my whole head and my hair came out healthy. Before you do anything just analyze your hairs condition, where you want it, how it’s going to get there, the person who is going to get it there, and the price. I know these people are talented at what they do, just not the...
