I took my wife to Haunted Trails for a date night, and we had such a great time! The whole place has this cheesy, spooky vibe that’s more fun than scary, making it perfect for a laid-back evening. From the moment we walked in, we could tell this was going to be something different. We kicked things off with the go-karts, and it was such a rush! Racing each other around the track brought out our competitive sides, and we couldn’t stop laughing. It was the perfect way to set the tone for a night of fun. After that, we headed to the arcade and played games like basketball and skee-ball. We had so many laughs trying to beat each other’s scores. Then we checked out the batting cages, which were a fun way to switch things up and burn off some energy. Even though we didn’t grab any food, everything else more than made up for it. The staff were super friendly and kept everything running smoothly, and the cheesy decorations added to the playful atmosphere. One thing I really appreciated was the armed guard on-site. It was reassuring to know that extra security measures were in place, especially considering recent violence at public spaces. While it wasn’t the main highlight of the night, it gave us peace of mind and let us fully enjoy the experience without worry. Best part was how chill and unassuming he was. Haunted Trails is definitely a little cheesy, but that’s part of what makes it so fun. It’s the perfect spot for a date night or just a fun outing if you’re looking for something different. I even captured a few videos to remember the night, and watching them back makes me smile every time. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for some lighthearted fun and a safe, welcoming environment!

Great place to spend a day. They have everything you could ask for with mini-golf, go-karts, mini rollercoasters, and an arcade. Everything is pay as you go so you spend only as much as you want! The mini-golf is totally worth it, it’s a long course, entertaining, and if you get a hole in one on the last hole you win a free game. The one downside with mini-golf and all the other outdoor attractions is the lack of shade. Wish there were at least some more trees. The go-karts are fun with a multi-level course. The carts are fast and although there are many curves, you never need to press the brakes. We also went on Miner Mike, the mini-rollercoaster. Totally worth it to do this one. Super fun and a long ride time. The arcade was also fun and on Wednesdays the arcade is half price! I would skip the laser maze because it’s got a weird smell and it’s kinda short. Overall, it’s totally worth a visit and is cheap enough to keep the whole family entertained all day!

THREE WORDS: BEST STAFF EVER. I’ve never been to haunted trails and I decided to host my sons 11th birthday here. From the moment I entered the facility I was greeted by polite and professional members of the staff. I’m not sure of the security guards name but he was very nice. When I arrived at my table I was greeted by the biggest smile from Katie. She was so courteous and helpful. They assisted me with set up( A Minnesota vikings themed event), and asked me if I needed anything. My host Octavian , was an excellent host! The facility was also? very clean, and organized the event was a success and they all were VERY Accommodating. Parents please consider this facility for your child’s next BIRTHDAY party. All of the children enjoyed it. It’s best to go during the spring and summer so that they can experience mini golf, goat cars etc. 10 ⭐️ FOR MAKING THE EVENT EASY TO NAVIGATE AND MEMORABLE. I will be back towards the summer.

My wife and I went to Haunted Trails in Burbank, Illinois July 3rd 2025 specifically to play miniature golf...only to get to the window at 8:38 pm and be told miniature golf is closed.. ⛳️ So I asked the clerk when officially does miniature golf close for the night because when you google... it says the park closes at 10pm but says NOTHING that these entertainments close BEFORE 10pm...We drove 25 miles from our house! THERE'S NOTHING AT ALL ON THE TICKET BOOTH PAYMENT WINDOW THAT SAYS MINIATURE GOLF ENDS AT A PARTICULAR TIME so I asked the clerk when does this entertainment end she replied "IT ACTUALLY ENDS RIGHT NOW" we were floored...Again nothing official on Google or at the ticket booth that says this entertainment closes at a particular time so to us we felt it was like it closes AS THE SPIRIT MOVES kind of thing...NOTHING OFFICIAL NO WHERE! The manager Cynthia tells us the park makes an announcement at 7:30 pm of the closing of entertainments but WE WEREN'T THERE AT THAT TIME and your Google info says NOTHING about this entertainment ends at 8:38pm THE TIME WE ARRIVED AT THE BOOTH lol and your ticket booth says NOTHING...Had we seen in the Google info of the early closing of ANY entertainment we wouldn't have driven that far...Had we seen a closure time on the ticket booth window we would have felt better...THE KICKER WAS THERE WAS NO ONE AT THE PARK THAT NIGHT...WE SAW LITERALLY 6 to 8 people TOTAL us included in that number at the park...We expressed that we had driven a long distance to get there...We easily could have gotten a round of golf in before the park closer of 10pm and NO ONE would take that into consideration!

We DONT want anyone to have the same experience or inconvenience we had...PLEASE HAUNTED TRAILS FIX THIS! DON'T JUST POST PARK CLOSURE TIMES IN GOOGLE ...POST ENTERTAINMENT CLOSURE TIMES AS WELL! ALSO POST IT ON THE TICKET BOOTH WINDOW... Very Very...

I have been having a birthday club party the weekend of Halloween at haunted trails for at least 13 or more years. My kids love the rides and the haunted house but this year They shut down both. I reserve my party a month in advance and was not told the haunted house was closed until we arrived. I had 18 kids they were all heart broken as it is tradition for our party and why we come here. The staff offered no consulation and were pretty cold and unconcerned by the disappointment of long time repeat customers. Then all the rides were closed for rain at 7pm and never reopened even though it dried up 30min later and they weren't closing till midnight. Even though several rides are included in the party package price they only give $7 in extra game play if the rides are closed. Also they have gone from coins and tickets to both being on a card a child can easily lose so all their money and prizes are lost together and untraceable. Lots of kids in tears when they lost their cards. Not just mine we lost 1 of our 18. But I guess it gets parents to spend more. The workers were rude to the kids when they wanted to redeem their tickets and at least one young lady refused to assist them at all. I really used to love this place but a few years back the great guy who owned it passed away and the changes since have been all bad for customers just to make more money. The party minimum was 6 kids then it when to a 10 kid minimum and all the prices were raised. The customer service is now terrible. Our hostess didn't even bring us napkins and was hard to find. It really breaks my heart to have to go elsewhere for our party from now on but it was clear that haunted trails was not concerned about retaining our business and our kids did not have the great time they...

This 1 star is regarding the hiring of teenagers who don't have respect for customers, themselves, and children. I had the worst experience hosting a party for my daughters 5th birthday. I paid 450.00 for a Supreme birthday party experience for 5 children. (Min party reserve is 10. I came in to scope out the location on the Tuesday prior to my party. Got the rules, confirmed procedure and kept the reservation despite broken games and the overall out dated look of the establishment. I sought out a different experience for 5 year olds with out door attraction independence. We normally head to in the game. The young person that was in charge of Jr go carts walk la nightmare. No respect for himself, his job, or establishment. He did not want to help the children ride go carts AT ALL. before my party walked another family was frustrated with his interaction as he refused to help one of their children get adjusted on the ride, til a mom had to intervene, get onto the track to help her child. He pretended to start cars for our party , and was busted running the cars with gas off. He attempted to shut the ride down because the 5 years old couldn't drive. He tried to argue with me until security descalated the situation. I asked for the manager and had to go find him too. He didn't come quickly the first complaint which is why this gentle had the wherewithal to continue with his poor behavior. They removed him from our party but he should have been sent home. No apology or anything was given. On principle I can't patronize this place again. Shout out to the party host Jackie and manager. They were SUPERB. as a suggestion to management, train your ENTIRE staff On birthdayhospitality. I didn'tsee any other birthday reservations...
