Happened to go to the now failing mall that this company uses TWO suites in. Went looking for a cross necklace and couldn't help but notice the overwhelming starring from the management upstairs. Had some chitchat with the girls downstairs (who also seem to be different every time i show up) and they said they watch every employee like a hawk and don't let them take lunch breaks or use the restroom. I knew the state of decay of that mall was bad but i didn't think the companies reserving two suites would stoop so low. However, I would expect nothing less since foot traffic in that mall is nothing but government facility and people taking leisure in the mall. If you want to make money, maybe don't put two separate stores in the same decaying mall with little to no real customers. Would also like the see some testing done on their high class stones as some of what I saw in the poorly displayed cases did not look too appealing.
Edit: They are also hiding the real reason of termination behind the casual card small businesses love to use so they don't get sued into oblivion, the "lack of performance" card. Wrongful termination exists in a "Fire at will" state and discrimination of any employee is illegal on a federal level. All my previous statements remain the same besides the employee durations. When my now husband went to pick up my ring they gave him the incorrect ring metal, the ring I chose was supposed to be white gold, but they gave him a gold ring. when we went to let them know about the mistake they made the manager on duty told us it was our mistake even though we had proof of what we ordered. After I had to go back and forth with the lady; she then gave us the correct ring or what we thought was the correct ring. after having the ring for about 3 months my ring BROKE! We took it bac to see what could be done about the situation and the only option we had was to let them send it off to remount it.
