Macon Mall — Attraction in Macon

We are frequent visitors of what's left of the Macon Mall. The security guards in our most recent visit were rediculous and rude, we have 2 autistic children and sat down outside of JCPENNEY​'s after making a purchase and my oldest sat on the floor (getting him to sit at all is a miracle) while waiting on his mother. A younger security guard informed us he could not sit on the floor, I explained my son's special needs, the guard left and I thought everything was ok. So I sat down with him to help put on his recently fallen off shoe when we saw his mother coming our way a few minutes later, and we were literally yelled at from the floor below from a more senior security personnel while simultaneously were forcefully approached by the original guard we spoke to and told we "had to get up NOW!" My children were frightened, distressed and didn't understand why someone was so rude to them and I have spent the rest of the day trying to calm them down.

If it is a rule that someone can't sit on the floor in your mall that is un-helpful to your patron's. Your mall is dying and it's caused by over regulations on your businesses and their customers, and because of the rudeness of...

I went to the pet store there and the people there were very rude. I tried to think to much of it. Thought maybe it was just the person that was there, but I went there a second time and they were rude again. Also, at my first visit I had all of my kids with me and then lady there talked bad to one of my kids. He wasn't messing in anything. I think it was about a cup or something but she got an attitude with him. At my first visit, I was looking at the snakes and I realised that there were 4 or 5 small ones, in the same tank as 2 bigger ones. I literally felt so bad and bought and snake, he seemed to be unhealthy. I've fattened him up some and hes healthier then ever now. But they don't take care of their animals. At all. I saw a tank full of dead frogs and the poor puppies that were there looked like they were starving. I'll mention a nasty fact: Me and my kids witnessed one of the dogs eating the other dogs poop. Bless their little heart. But both times I went, they were rude to me and didn't really seem like they loved their job. Not very...

What a disgrace.. if i could give negative stars it would rate it 5 (negative) stars..this mall is basically two breaths away from death. . never have i been in a mall as rediculous as this.. the pet shop employee was rude when we tried to bring our service dog in.. so we left. And again in Macy's my wife wanted to buy make-up and the woman would not help us because we had a small dog with us (December 5th, 2018 1:30pm Macy's if your reading this) very unfriendly mall to visitors.. spoke to Several employees at several stores and nobody was nice or helpfull.. in fact they were the opposit and made us feel very unwelcome.. the sales woman at Macy's lost out on a nice commission because my wife went to replace all her (expensive) make-up she left back in Europe when she moved here. We left and didn't buy anything and we will not be back.. no wonder there are no customers.. we wondered why it was empty when we went.. ...
