Macungie's Posey Patch — Attraction in Macungie

I am very disappointed with the floral arrangement I had sent to my daughter. The picture was a simple vase of tulips. The tulips were droopy and there was more ferns than flowers. When I called to complain the person was quite rude and said " I can't make every arrangement like it is in the picture" Really? Because a three old child could have put tulips in a vase and it would have looked better! NOT worth the $80.00 I paid. If I could give no...

And they did it again!! My go to place for fresh flower delivery. Always on time, always beautiful arrangements. I live out of state. I always order through the Posey Patch when I need flowers for any occasion and they never disappoint! Mothers Day bouquet ordered online(no issues) on Thursday, set up for Saturday delivery. I have stopped in for stems a few years ago and they seemed too busy to help me. I felt like a nuisance to them. I ordered a few stems, paid in cash and left. I also called recently about stems and they didn’t sound helpful or welcoming. I don’t understand how they can want to say no so quickly without really getting curious about needs. Two times is enough to say, I’d rather go to a friendlier place....
