Main Street Pizzeria & Pub — Restaurant in Macungie

We ordered calamari for appetizer. It was ok. The fish didn't seem real but the consistency was ok and not rubbery. The red sauce that came with it was excellent. My parents ordered turkey club sandwich I tried it and it was ok not great but not bad. I ordered the pink vodka sauce with chicken. They cut up chicken bites and put it in the pasta with vodka sauce rather than sauteeing the chicken breast leaving it with cutlet. The vodka sauce was not good at all. It wasn't terrible enough that I would throw up but i was not able to finish it. The aesthetics of the dish looked suprisinglu good compared to how poor it tasted . The waiter seemed out of sorts she tried her best but she consistently forgot giving us menus . And even forgot putting utensils on the table. My dish was supposed to come with salad which I never received. And my father ordered water with his beer which he never received. Not...

I ordered to go and it's average. Not great at all but not poor. The white pizza was very full of garlic. The cheese steak was good but lacking flavor. Again, not great. It's ok. If you took the time to make it at home it's the same. Don't throw potato chips on my cheese steak cause that's an insult, plus the chips weren't good at all.Giving chips is hiding something you should be. I won't order again . I was hoping for the new great place. What I got was when you watch a movie and it's a redue. Yea, Miami vice, 21 Jump Street, Point Break,etc, yea in Macungie we were hoping and praying for the next big thing and all we got was a business that is just ok. This is Pizzatas 2.0. the total was $41.98 for the pizza and cheesesteak. Overpriced...

Three of us arrived around 5:45 PM left at 7PM without getting our food. The waitor was friendly, courteous and busy. We wouldn't have sat there for so long if not for his patience and our patience waiting for our order. I went to complain to the kitchen manager, he was not very friendly, never apologized instead argued and tore up our order. There were 3-4 cooks but apparently not enough to make our order.
