Wawa — Restaurant in Lower Macungie Township

WaWa is by far the greatest convenience store on the East Coast. They are always attentive and friendly. This particular WaWa is very customer friendly. The coffee, espresso based drinks and smoothies are above average and the made to order breakfast, lunch and dinner items are very delicious. One thing I would recommend they do is always give the customer a receipt without asking. You never get a receipt unless you ask. This policy should be changed. I love the WaWa app and use it all the time. They need to tweak the app a little as it is sometimes slow and could be a bit more intuitive. Using the app gives you free food items after a certain amount is spent . They give you the free gift as a “reward” in your inbox on the app but if you don’t claim it within so many days (not many), They take it away and you lose your reward. This is not very customer friendly and I think WaWa needs to re-examine this policy. I think WaWa is much better than this! Overall, they are # 1 in my estimation. Went here this week for the “Sizzlie” Breakfast Sandwich 2 for $3.33 deal! What a steal! Also had the hot Pumpkin coffee and was pleasantly surprised. Try it! Try the egg nog now in season. I've waited a while before rating but tonight's experience was it. I have placed many orders thru doordash, and almost every single order is messed up. I have either gotten someone else's order (inside the bag, labeled under my name- no fault of the dasher), or items missing. This has happened atleast 5x. If you go inside and place an order, be prepared to wait about a half hour for a sandwich and a drink. Now, tonight, I placed a doordash order at 7:30 pm. I get a notification at 8 pm that my order was cancelled because doordash was unable to process the order with the store. Wawa cancelled the order for no reason. So, waited a half hour for...

This review is 100% directed at the process when ordering coffee on the app. I've order coffee for delivery with the app atleast 10 times. Each time, the half and half is not put in. I've ordered regular, extra, light half and half and it comes black every time. I've left reviews on the app, twitter,etc. It's just ridiculous that this simple thing can't be completed with any time of accuracy. I believe the issue is the label that printers for some reason doesn't show clearly that half and half was ordered.
