Osaka Asian Fusion Cuisine — Restaurant in Lower Macungie Township

This place is a joke I don’t often write reviews but the level of rudeness here was unbelievable.. I went online to look at their menu and it gave me a online order option.. after ordering off the lunch menu at 2:40 I placed my online order it showed it went through and told me to go in to pickup in about 30 minutes so I went to the grocery store across the street to kill time got I’m items (ice cream included) and then when it was time went to go get the food.. when I went in the hostess asked what I needed I said pick up order, she then quickly said they had none and asked if I had gotten a confirmation email to which I said idk I did t see anything in any part of my order that said about a confirmation email, she then explained that they have this problem often and I should have called, which I don’t understand how I would have know all that as a customer?? They then said they couldn't do my order because now it’s a few minutes after lunch has ended, long story short I asked to talk to a manager and all she did was tell me they don’t know if I really put my order in before lunch (which is only $1.00 price difference so I took offense that she’s saying that I am trying to con them to get a dollar off) and also told me that I need to learn the phone better maybe that’s why I didn’t work, after the other host already told me it was a common problem!! 10/10 NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND!! I’ve never been talked to so rude by a business...

I originally planned on leaving a semi decent review but what the server did after I paid was just flat out RUDE. To start off our first server was just not friendly right off the bat, he seemed very annoyed with the questions I had about some items on the menu due to a food allergy I have. Place was pretty pricey, and didn't have side items I could add on to my meal so instead they make you order an appitizer and charge you the appitizer price too! I'm all for fast service but everything came out way too fast I couldn't even enjoy my food. The fried rice was terrible, basically just drowned in whatever sauce they use and the crab in the sushi was hard. During my meal as well a different server brought out our food and took our plates away while our original server just stood from afar and looked at our table in disgust! No one asked how our food was or checked on us at all.. so when the check came I went ahead and paid and WAS going to leave a cash tip before we left. Right in front of us the woman server opened up the check book and turned around to our table asking where her tip was!!! As a former server, I get it that's your money, but that was just flat out rude! Hopefully this review helps your staff work on their customer...

I dined here on Sunday August 25th. I waa looking for a Japanese resta.urant in the area on Google and chose this one. The interior is pleasant. The server was simply awful. Her uniform was not as clean looking as it should have been which was a turnoff but one I was willing to ignore. However, after my order arrived and it was clearly not as depicted on the menu nor as flavorful I called the server over and she immediately became defensive. She loudly declared she knew better having been at the restaurant for 10 years, as she kept repeating. She insisted my plate of food and the picture on the menu were the same. At a different angle! In theory the food before me may have had the same ingredients, however the presentation was not. She offered a poor analogy of a McDonald's menu, declaring that you don't get the same looking food offered on the menu. I chalkedm her ignorance up to poor communication skills, poor customer service skills and just plain rudeness. My bill was adjusted for my uneaten plate of food. I obviously...
