My husband had came up here to buy me and my daughter chocolate covered strawberries for Valentineâs Day .he came home only to find out that they were rotten. they literally exploded in me and my daughterâs mouth as we were eating them. we ended up throwing them up .I then went back up to the Brookshireâs to complain and get a refund but was instead met with a employee because there was no manager ,and was told to get another one and she immediately left to the back. She gave me no time to say I needed a refund she just turned around told me to get another one and left. so I decided just to give it another chance. I open the package smelled it and it smelled fine .when I got home I put them in the freezer so that they wouldnât be as melted .an hour later, me and my daughter tried to eat them and was once again met with sour nasty rotten strawberries. so disappointed ,I donât see the knowledge behind keeping chocolate covered strawberries out all day on a table knowing they need to be in the refrigerator. wasted $10 on nasty rotten...
Read moreI stopped by to buy a few groceries for dinner this evening. Got to the self checkout & scanned my stuff. 1 item rang up incorrectly. Here is where the wheels fell off. First, the girl watching the self checkout goes to check the price, comes back & tells me that i didn't read the sign & the sign says something else. I explained to her that the sign was directly under the item. She then goes & talks to the office cashier who, in turns goes to speak with the manager on duty, Jamie. Jamie then tells me that is not what the sign says. I once again explained to her that the sign was under that item. It's not my fault her people can't stock the product in the correct spot. She refused to honor THEIR MISTAKE. I left the store with no groceries over a 2 dollar mistake on their part. I even gave her the opportunity to do the right thing before I called Corp & as well as leaving this review. Apparently, 2 dollars is worth more than a satisfied customer. Hate to say I will no longer support the only grocery store in my...

The little hateful girl that takes the money in the building that is glassed in needs some classes in customer service. I approached her with a twenty dollar bill and a lottery ticket I needed to cash in. I had no idea they only sell tickets and donât cash them. No biggie. I was cool with that. Thatâs why I had the twenty ready. Before I even had a chance to say anything she pulled up a little block from the money shoot and hatefully said âWe donât cash lottery tickets!â đłđ And slammed the little block thing back in place. My hand was already trying to push the $20 threw! It was ridiculous! So I told her hey! Iâm not done here! I have cash Iâm trying to give you for gas! And she yelled at me that it wasnât her fault Iâm having a bad day!! I was in a great mood until this happened! She was rude and hateful. I didnât know that Brookshires allowed their employees to yell at customers. I will never go...
