Our first time using this company and we are so pleased in the service we received we just has to share with y'all who may be in need of a trusted cellphone repair company. After cracking the glass on my phone, and trying to repair myself with a product purchased through Amazon, wrong choice, as I am not familiar with this procedure, first ordered the wrong product. Did not know until the home repair went wrong. I researched my area around Malden, MA found a very local service and decided to give this company a try. I chose the right company. Matt the owner was very helpful and explained what needed to be done. Replaced the entire face of my phone in one day. Happy, sadly the microphone was not working properly, so I called Matt to see what could be done. Bring it back in, so I can see what can be done. Matt tried to fix the microphone, with no luck, so the next step was taken with no hesitation, He ordered another top unit once and replaced with new to complete the repair and totally satisfy this customer. I've had two experiences with Matty at Casablanca and both were excellent! My battery had to be replaced in my Moto Z Droid a few years ago with a risk of the screen breaking/needing to be replaced. Matty did an excellent job and managed to do so without needing to replace the screen which saved me from that extra expense. When my new 8-month old Motorola 5g Stylus short circuited abruptly and couldn't be powered up, it came at a time when I couldn't be without a phone for more than a few hours at most traumatic! Matty managed to get it up and running for only a few minutes, just enough to retrieve some vital information and set up my old phone temporarily. He then worked on my broken phone for several days, keeping me informed all along.
