The Gallery — Attraction in Manalapan Township

Please don't waste your time and skip this restaurant named Galeria. We went to a trivia game on a Thursday night, and the food was served family-style. We were told there was no menu, and we could only order pork or chicken, with no other options. We ordered chicken and got seven pieces of chicken for five adults—three of whom were hungry males ready to eat. That was not upsetting, the upsetting part was that our chicken was served severely undercooked. I asked for water for the table, and the waiter looked at me as if I was asking for liquid gold. After waiting 15 minutes for water, I went to the kitchen myself to ask for water, and I was told I must wait because they were too busy for water at the moment. Meanwhile, the owner and waiters were on their phones instead of serving customers. To say the service was poor and the food of poor quality is to say nothing. Management is not even worth mentioning. How can I give zero stars to this establishment? Please save your time, health, and money and skip this place. I always like to give credit where credit is due, but I could not find...

We decided to give this place a second chance because I’m a strong believer that everyone should be given one. Second chance has only strengthened our first impression from Gallery. Mediocre food and inflated prices. One of our tables was served raw chicken with visible blood inside. But what was even more disappointing was the service or absence of thereof. Instead of helping the guests with cleaning up empty plates from the tables or even simply bringing water bottles they were all busy texting on their phones. I personally had to get up and start taking empty plates from our table after waiting for any staff member to do their job. The restaurant has a great location and is nice inside. But this poor management is actively killing...

Ugh why do Russian places pride themselves on being rude to their already limited customer base? They act like we need them more than they need us. Guys, this isn’t brooklyn in the 90s! Read the room - your customers were smart and educated enough to move out of NY! Every time we called to make a reservation the person was genuinely surprised and borderline offended that we asked for a table instead of booking a party.
