Extremely interesting little museum full of rich history about fly-fishing. They also have an elaborate library, full of fly recipes and fish stories! Replicas of all sorts of different frout and salmon, even a muskellunge. They also have an area where you can sit down and tie flues yourself, they provide vices, snips, and tying material! Definitely a very cool place to stop, you can really get an understanding of why we fish the way we do today, and get a look at what kinds of equipment they used years and years ago! Definitely recommend to any angler, young or old.

If your into fly fishing this is a must see! They have just finished redoing many of the exhibit areas and it is well done. Especially enjoyed the section on the presidents that spent their down time fly fishing. You can even see some of their rods and flies. Really cool! Cost is $5 per adult. We spent about 1 1/2 hours looking at the various exhibits and talking with the curators. You will also be greeted by the host lab tippet.

Very cool museum dedicated to the craft of fly fishing. The reel collection is impressive and there are rods and reels on display that were fished with by former US presidents. Some cool art work is on display on the first floor as well. Small, yet informative museum that will surely be of interest to any angler.
