I wish i would of listen to the reviews on here, this is not a place to get hair colored. I was wanting a copper brown color. Not only did they rush threw the process and not let my hair lighten enough but she used a creme developer instead of bleach. Even after i said my hair is very dark and thick. Also she did things without consulting me .. was more focused on what would be easier for her not what actually needed to be done.. all she did was add a toner to my hair instead of hair dye. I ended up with my roots one color and different shades threwout my hair. I been to several salons but this has to be the worst . After i numerous times expressed i was not satisfied no mention of them fixing it. The instructor also was more on her phone then actually paying attencion. Threwout the proceses i expressed my concern with my roots being lighter and she said a root smudge could be done. But when the process was finished no mention of them fixing it. More concerend with earning credits to graduate i guess.. now im going to spend alot more money at a different salon because its going to be a color correct .will never come back here for service. Fyi i also came here days earlier for eyelash extensions they looked ok but 4 days later and all have fell off... even after taking care of them. On day two almost all of them came off. Should of known better then to go back for...

The students and staff were very accommodating with me having my infant with me. However, the professionalism was not there. The student who did my acrylic nails stated that she was not very good at them to begin with. Then throughout the service the nail tips were not put on correctly as they weren’t flat on the real nail. Then my nail tech had to rush out, having still not finished my nails, and had to have another student finish them. The student who started my nails came back and told me that she did not like them, even more with the polish on them, and told me several times that a certain nail was going to pop off. Mind you I was there for 3 hours getting nails put on and another thirty minutes to have my toes painted. Now, 3 days later I have lost two nails and several more are loose. This is definitely not a place to get your hair colored! The supervisor barely acknowledged the girl doing my hair. My hair was supposed to have blonde and red streaks added to my natural brown..however the girl forgot to leave out any of my brown hair. She colored my entire head red and blonde..then she washes the foils out together so now I have a full head of pink hair.
