Manchester Distillery — Attraction in Manchester

We had heard about the distillery and wanted to stop by and check it out. It is a very inviting atmosphere and was fairly busy on Friday night. Although the tasting room is not very large we were welcomed in and offered seating. The Distiller, Bill, was there mixing craft cocktails and answering all of our questions. We enjoyed our samples and cocktails and the company of the other patrons. It is a great place to stop in for a tasting or a cocktail (Botanica Gin and Workhorse Vodka as well as Test Batch Spirits) before heading downtown for dinner or an event. We are looking forward to visiting again and also excited to see the business grow. There was talk of patio seating and on site food trucks with possible events/entertainment in the future. I can’t say enough good things about the barrel finished gin from Manchester Distillery! It’s truly unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. The depth and smoothness from the barrel aging adds such a unique twist to the classic gin profile—subtle hints of oak and warmth that elevate every sip.

It makes some of the most delicious cocktails I’ve ever had, whether you’re keeping it simple with a gin old fashioned or getting creative with something citrusy and herbal. The craftsmanship really shines through, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every bottle.
