I purchased my tickets back in March for the bill burr show last night 9/30. I bought them through Ticketmaster for the Sam Adams lounge for $187.25/2 tickets because when I was searching for seats I was directed to that option and it sounded great to sit and relax in the lounge, get served and watch a great show. Upon arrival I was told we had to have tickets for seats into the show THEN we could use the lounge tickets once we were in???!!! That cost us another $154.00 and only were able to get them because a manager figured something out. Please explain to me why we would need two sets of seats??Also, how then would I be able to even upgrade to lounge tickets without first buying show tickets to upgrade from?? We sat in the lounge which was the worst experience we’ve ever had-we literally never got served and we got to the show 45 minutes early. A waitress told us she’d be back but only came by once explaining that the kitchen was too small and was overwhelmed and the oven was broken so she had to go find the customers who ordered baked food to update them. The couple behind us only got one persons food-the other person didn’t get theirs until 1/2 hour after his friend finished. There was however a couple in front of us that was served 5 times😳🙄 We decided to go to the bar ourselves (defeating the purpose of the “upgrade” and bought a total of 4 drinks for almost $100 more. We were hungry but since we couldn’t get service/obviously not the servers fault-she was also overwhelmed, my husband went out to a regular concession and bought popcorn and “nachos” for dinner🥺 We are both in foodservice and have been for 40+ years and understand that it’s not the fault of the staff so we weren’t rude or nasty-just VERY disappointed as we have attended many shows at SNHU arena which have been fantastic. It was not an experience we will ever try again-we don’t go out often and certainly will not ever pay $475 for what you sell as an upgrade- we would have been better off staying home and watching Bill...
Read moreWent to Carrie Underwood Concert 9/29/16 with our 2 granddaughters. We were so excited, I picked tickets that would be to the left of the stage where Carrie would be singing. At least that's what I guessed. The map showed the arena with "MIX" whatever that is, couldn't find out, at the very right. Gray area so maybe it's where there's equipment??? The runway was towards the left and the stage with 2 extra stage areas on each side were right before the "MIX" So, the seats on the lower level 122, which were right at the corner of the front, should have been perfect. WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really wish someone could explain that because she faced the back area, which was where the "MIX" area was and sung mostly with her back to us the whole night. She walks around, thank God, so she came to our side of the stage occasionally. SO SO DISAPPOINTED AND I REALLY WISH CARRIE UNDERWOOD AND HER CREW WOULD KNOW THAT. I THINK THEY WANT THEIR FANS TO BE HAPPY WITH THE CONCERT AND HOW CAN YOU BE WHEN YOU FEEL YOU WERE TOTALLY MISLEAD BY THE STAGE LAYOUT OF THE ARENA. Whose fault is that, mine for not calling, arena's for not explaining what the mix area is, or Carrie Underwood for setting up a stage that is not accurately portrayed so you can buy the tickets where you want to be. It was a good concert and our granddaughters had so much fun, kids' don't seem to notice things like that but then again they didn't pay $550 for 3 seats to watch her back or here face up on the screen which I could stay at home and watch from tv. So all in all, I think I'm glad I went and spent that money. At least I feel I have some bragging rights. If I ever go to a concert again I will do my best to find out exactly where the performer...
Read moreWent for a graduation. First getting in the arena was a nightmare. We were told that we could not sit on the ground floor due to the camera equipment. Then, we were off to the long lines for the elevator. We could not find a seat on the second floor, so we went to the third floor. It seemed like there was no organization. They did nothing to make sure handicap family members had an area to sit. They had spots, but no one was making sure non handicap people were sitting in the area. I finally got tired and just sat in the wheelchair against the rail since almost everyone in the handicap section was not with a handicap person. As my other handicap person and our carer givers were sitting by the rail, people kept trying to push us out of the way or push in front of us. I was impressed by a family member. There was a person in a wheelchair and he asked the caregiver if it would bother the child in the chair if he yelled and screamed loudly for his family graduating. The caregiver said it would be ok. That is the most respect I saw given to a handicap person at the arena. Even the girl graduating with a service dog was given more respect and consideration than most of the handicap family members. Then, after graduation, it was time for the clustered mess to vacate the arena. Again, we had to wait in a long line to get in the elevator (which we could only find 2 in the whole arena). We made the mistake of thinking with the number of graduations held at this facility that it would be a lot...
