Cremeland Drive In — Restaurant in Manchester

I took my grandson out for ice cream 🍨 usually not too bad but today was the last day I will go to cremeland. I ordered our picks and to my surprise my order was wrong. The sundae I ordered was made with the wrong flavor ice cream so I brought it back to the window and told the girl that made it that it was supposed to be chocolate and was made with vanilla. It would not have been a problem if I liked vanilla ice cream but I don't. Given the fact that I paid $9.50 for this sundae (not only was it made wrong but it was so small that it was already disappointing) considering the price I paid. The girl poked through it with the spoon and closed the window then about 2 minutes pass and a second girl comes and opens the window and she also pokes through it with the spoon and asks for a receipt and I tell her I did not receive one. So she closes the window and then a few more minutes pass and the manager comes to the window. She then pokes through it with the spoon too and tells me that she will add some chocolate ice cream to what was left of the sundae ( this is after it sat on the counter at the window in 85 degree heat and had been poked through with a spoon by 3 different people) if I would take it back and eat it...LOL..WAS SHE SERIOUS? So I told her that it was completely melted at this point and I was not wanting to eat something that sat on the counter for over 7 minutes in the heat and looked like soup. (Totally disgusting) She then tells me that it's my fault it sat on the counter that long and I told her I am not the one that left it there the employees did..at that point I was completely grossed out at the fact that the MANAGER would have a customer eat something that nasty just to avoid making a new sundae I couldn't even believe that was the offer she gave me. So I asked for my money back and was told she would make a new one but at this point I just wanted to leave so I declined and just wanted the refund. She said NO... she would give me a gift card and that's all.. which means I would have to go back to spend it..in the meantime there was an elderly couple beside me and the woman came over and put her arm around me and told me she heard what was going on and not to let these people ruin my day out with my grandson and gave me a few words of wisdom and calmed me down. So knowing I would not be returning I gave the woman the gift card for $9.50 and told her to enjoy it and thanked her for her kind words. Then heading back to the car my grandson says (Ma I'm glad you didn't eat that it would have been unsanitary) I guess my grandson knows more than the manager at cremeland..she obviously knows nothing about...

Ok so here’s the thing I would definitely get this place all five stars if the customer service was so horrible the actual food itself is amazing and it’s really good and the ice cream is the dive bye not only did they go up at graces looks like be OK if they didn’t have you waiting in line for 45 minutes to an hour every time you have to order something and there’s always no matter what and a matter what time of day no matter what day it is there is always always one person making ice cream and serving people there will be a line down the block and there will be one person going so slow and definitely overloaded with work and nobody will come to help and then when the people do finally come to help if they do they’ll mess up your order and the customer service is absolutely her Renda‘s here literally the only thing that keeps me coming back is the fact that I can’t find a a cookie monster flavored ice cream it’s my kids favorite and it is amazing but that’s literally the only thing like for example I’ve been here for 52 minutes I only ordered a frappe one frappe I’m still waiting on my frappe and there was only three people ahead of me and I have almost been here an hour and I’m still waiting I’m still in my car waiting while I was in line about six people got out of line and left because they were waiting way too long people behind me but if you are in a rush I would definitely 110% say do not come here But if you have all day to wait for ice cream then definitely come but as for the ice cream itself it is really good and it taste amazing it’s just the customer service that is...

Paid way to much for food i could have gotten for less money thats cooked right over at ABC pizza with way bigger portions. The fried haddock was horrible as well as the fries and the chicken tenders. Pretty sad when a 7 yr old and a 2.5 yr old wouldnt eat the chicken or the fries and these kids love that combo for food. Not to mention the tartar sauce taste like coleslaw. You can a larger portion of fried haddock with fries and onion rings for $10.00 over at ABC pizza. When we called about the issues we had they said its cooked right. So we bring it all back to prove to them and the lady manager was very rude and disrespectful and tried to say we didn't get that food from them when clearly it was all still in everything they packaged it up in and refused to give us any money or re do our food... STAY AWAY from any of the food here its garbage and frozen not fresh. CREMELAND NEEDS TO STICK TO JUST ICE CREAM!!!!! They also need new...
