Finally tracked down the DeadProof Pizza truck and it's an impressive setup for sure. They keep it simple by only running between 2-4 specialty pizzas, and their ovens deliver a finished product pretty quickly. Now onto the pizza: I got the one with "cup & char" pepperoni, whipped ricotta with some herbs, followed by a generous drizzle of chili infused honey. Flavor was really very good for my taste buds. Because of the thinner crust, a bit floppy but not at all soggy. Overall a good pie that I would eat again. Price: I'm no cheapskate, but it was between a 9-10" pizza, and being on the thin side, would definitely not be considered a meal for the average man, and for $20.00, for pizza, I expect to get a full meal. It was 4 small slices, coming in at $5 each, and more of a snack plus, which would be a fun and tasty snack for a couple if they were out and about and wanted a snack. Just seemed pricey to me and although I would pay it again, only in the right circumstance, and not if I was really meal hungry. Just trying to be fair, because price does matter and can drive a...
