Sky Zone Trampoline Park — Attraction in Manchester

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the staff and management they canceled an 8 year old birthday party after a deposit was put down and date picked and invitations sent out 2 weeks ago they call today to cancel because the manager says he banned 3 of the guest one being the birthday boy who is the head name of the membership that allegedly was banned( false) (they were asked to leave for the day) but yet membership was not canceled nor flagged (which keep in mind they dont know who i invited to his birthday )yet they are still charging my card for a membership for the 3 boys I spoke with him on his cell phone that day (he let the boys call me on his cell phone an i missed their call. When I called back i spoke with the manager personally)and he told me that they were not banned he just simply asked them to leave for the day because one of the older boys bumped into a child on accident and the parent got upset so the boys agreed to leave for the day so that the situation didnt escalate over an accident (keep in mind this is a bounce place children an adults do sometimes accidentally bump one another) my youngest has gone to sky zone since then. I tried to explain to the employee an she didnt want to listen she just offered to refund me for the party but not my membership payments for the past months an when I asked to speak to the manager he was busy and when I said I would go down to speak to him she said oh I dont know if he is in due to the holiday the employees and management are unprofessional and rude. The owner should think about letting go of all employees and management and start over with fresh new friendly employees and management before the ones he has destroys his company I just wanted to say thank you for canceling my 8 year olds birthday party we ended up going to Mel's and...

It could be different during the day, but I don't recommend going to their glow party on Saturday nights. There are rude children that think they can do what ever they want. There is no management to supervise that allows these children do what ever they want. The workers they have did nothing but play with their phone, talk to friends or watch. We brought 8 11 year old boys that are very well behaved up for my sons birthday and they wanted to leave because of the mayhem that was allowed. One kid was threatened that he was going to get slapped because he asked one of the jerks to get inline like everyone else. The dodge ball courts were just as bad. The balls are rubber so if you get hit hard, it hurts. They should have foam balls, or gator skin balls. I had 3 kids come off the court crying because of getting hit in the face by old teens/adults. The head manager did give us some free 1 hour passes because of all the issues which is nice, but the memories we have for his birthday are still soured. They need to hire some people with authority to put some order into the facility. DO NOT GO AT NIGHT!!!!! Hopefully it is better...

I searched and searched and searched, trying to find a place to do a party for our championship party for flag football until I found sky zone. They took such good care of me that I don’t think I’ll go to another place to do my parties in the future when I coach basketball football, Abby was amazing. She took care of me from the moment I walked in, until the moment we left. They thought of everything and made my time there fun rather then worrying if the party was going ok.manny did a great job, locking down anything I needed for the party room…and destiny was really kind and put up balloons and championship posters for our pictures not to mention helping all the other guests that I had coming in and out. Abby and destiny both made sure that nobody went without anything that they needed throughout the night I can’t really explain how much I appreciate it.
