Finally a Chinese takeout that isn't fusion-this-or-that! Tastes the closest to NYC style. Absolutely hilarious that we could not find dumplings on the menu, but realized that's what "fried ravioli" was. I ordered via UberEats, and it came packaged neatly in a nice fabric bag. Generous delicious portions! Update: 5 star to 2... sadly their cook isn't consistent with seasoning and sauce thickness. I now understand the reviews referring to bland flavor. Now I keep getting watery sauce of no flavor 🥲 it was only delicious the first time... PSA to the guy complaining about his chow mein- that veggie type is super old school, only made like that on the East Coast. Doesn't come with noodles because it's "Americanized". I feel your pain, it's the same thing in the tristate area, unless you go to a heavily Chinese populated town. The more you know 💫

First time ordering and not impressed. Chowmein and fried rice had no flavor whatsoever even after adding soy sauce was bland. The dough and spring roll wrapper was raw on inside. Chicken fingers are like 75% dough. Bbq ribs were good. Crab rangoon good but very little filling. Husband said sesame Chicken and egg roll were good but nothing special. I expected more flavor for $60 bucks with delivery. Was at my house 20 mins after ordering.

Online ordering went smoothly, and was happy to learn you can pay with CC at the door for delivery. Food was bland, but meal quickly hit one star when I bit down on a thin strip of steel. Looked to be a piece of steel wool. Not risking ingesting metal shards and only got a few bites out of my meal. A restaurant to avoid.

Not many gluten free options, and prices are expensive. Not to mention I find it extremely inappropriate for a child that is 10 years old AT THE MOST! (And I am not exaggerating at all go in and check for yourself) to be running a cash register, asking if they can help you, and taking your order. If I had not already spent time trying to figure out what was gluten free, and that was extremely limited I probably would have left. I will never order from them again not just because of the child aspect, but on the phone the manager was extremely nice, but once getting there and talking with them the attitude changed. We paid way to much money almost $70 for over cooked pork strips that everyone basically had to douse in duck sauce so you didn't choke, and btw there is no complementary duck sauce at all you have to purchase any and all duck sauce. The house fried rice had more ham than anything I counted 4 shrimp in a large order with a scatter of small pieces of chicken. My husband's beef and broccoli was under cooked and I swear they didn't even saute the broccoli when I specifically asked for it to be extra soft due to him having dental issues. Waste of money will never ever order again. They are rude, and honestly I don't know how they stay open. Find...

I started ordering from them in 2013 through Beyond Menu. I order often and typically have not had an issue until the last month or so. My orders never seem now to total what is listed online. When it is delivered the food items are not always correct. I have allowed for errors and have contacted them directly about the issue. I ordered again today and again my order was wrong and the amount I agreed to online through Beyond Menu was not the same as presented at my door. I called and spoke to a woman and tried to get her to understand that I am a frequent customer and what my issues have been and are currently. I got an apology but nothing to rectify the wrongly derlivered item. Even when stating this has happened several times, the last 3 specifically. I asked her if I were sitting in her restaurant and the wrong item was brought to me, I wouldn't expect to pay for it and then wouldn't you bring the correct item. She again only apologized without offering anything to right the situation. I will not be ordering from Bamboo Garden again. They don't keep up their interface with Beyond Menu where the price differences are occuring and they don't care that after spending what I do that I should get good...

i saw another review saying they wish they could leave a 0 star rating. I AGREE COMPLETELY. this was hands down the worst chinese food i ever had in my life. the crab rangoon have about a penny size worth of cream cheese in them, and they were overcooked. SADLY that was the best part of our meal. the general gaus chicken, was horrific, it didnt even taste like chicken, and the sauce was gross. we also got plain lo mein, how do you mess up PLAIN LO MEIN! it had a weird flavor to it, almost as if some horrible sauce was on it. the peking ravioli were overcooked, didnt taste great but i was able to eat a few. oh and it came with fried rice. i took one bite and it wasnt horrible, but dont take my word for it since i barely had any. i reccomend staying FAR AWAY from this place. there surely is better options elsewhere. i wouldnt order this food for my worst enemy. horrible. I usually only leave somewhat positive reviews but this place has been on my mind since we ordered it 3 days ago. i cant stop thinking about how bad it was. hell you would be better off going to market basket and buying frozen chinese food and...
