My husband and I order from you multiple times a week. Tonight 12/26 at around 630pm we ordered a meal online. It arrived to us incorrectly. He called to inform and ask for a replacement, which was a single burger. 45 minutes goes by, he called and asked to have it cancelled because it was beyond the point we needed it. I was no longer hungry and I was unable to eat with my family. The girl who answered was unwilling to help because the order left. He asked to speak to the manager and she outright lied saying it had been 10 minutes yet we have a cell phone with phone records to show she was incorrect. She also stated it was an additional order when it was in fact a replacement for an item that was messed up. She then goes on to say there is nothing she would do and she could not call the driver to tell him to disregard it. The driver shows while on the phone and we informed him we were refusing the order and it was nothing he did and he was wonderful. The manager told my husband to have the driver hand us the money to reimburse. I refused because I was not positive if it was his own money or just money from other orders. At this point I get on the phone with her as we were getting no where and she was performing exceptionally poor listening skills and I told her to reimburse the card on file.. all the while she is yelling over me saying excuse me which means she clearly was still not hearing me. I then told her that if she refused to reimburse the card for the burger I would contact our bank and that you have lost a long time customer and I disconnected. The manager then calls the driver ( which she said she could not do) and informs him they would cancel the online order and refund us which is a nice gesture but all we had wanted was the messed up burger refunded or replaced in a timely manner. Read moreI have been a customer for over 20 years tonight we placed an order and I had to keep repeating and correcting because the person taking the call was getting the wrong thing like adding ketchup to a ham and cheese sub. When I got the order my grilled chicken Greek salad which is an item on their menu was put in as a regular salad with chicken and was more than $6 difference in price we also ordered a caesar salad. The Caesar salad came with chicken that we did not order when I called to ask about the pricing I was given the runaround basically saying I didn't understand how it was priced and that each item was taxed individually and that's why the price was higher when I commented no the tax is at the bottom with the total I was basically told I did not understand it that prices have gone up and they've sent out new menus over the last couple months so we must not have ordered when we ordered almost every week sometimes multiple times a week when I commented about the $5 charge for the chicken that I didn't order I was told that's the way it was entered into the computer that they could do nothing about it. They are the ones entering it into the computer when I call. Mistakes happen but to give me the runaround basically say I don't understand what I'm talking about when I'm looking right at online prices that are nowhere near what they charged me apparently I'm not as important to customers I thought I was after so many years of patronage we will no longer order from there. When we asked a couple of our friends and neighbors who also order from there they've also mentioned the problems and lack of respect. Read moreOrdered a steak tip sub at 10:23 pm, driver shows up 1130 which is 30 mins after their close time, cool whatever right waited an hour who cares? Normal. The driver calls to tell me he's outside, I confirm with him I'm walking down now to get the door. Get outside and not a single car in site, I give it 2 mins and nothing so back inside I go. He calls a 2nd time 5 minutes later saying he's outside AGAIN, I turn my porch light on and open the door about 6 inches and wait, driver never once bothered to get out his car or even attempt to knock on the door. He sat In his vehicle and I then watched him drive off without stepping foot outside his vehicle. Food is always good that's not the issue, but this new driver I've never seen in my 3 years of ordering here. Very lazy and lack of customer service, I thought it was common sense to knock on someone's door when you deliver, guy expected me to walk to his car and get my food, baha bring it back.
