Olympus Pizza — Restaurant in Manchester

Average food, terrible service. I used to enjoy this restaurant because their prices weren’t terrible and the food was good enough. I would always go in on Sunday and get some bacon for the family to go with our breakfast because it was incredibly affordable. I go in today and I’m prompted to pay 3X the amount I’m normally asked to pay because because I “haggled” with his brother on the price of a pound of bacon.. They would charge me 5$ for a pound.. which is incredible, you can’t even barely buy the bacon for that price at a grocery store.. what and why would I haggle. I have never haggled a restaurant, they have set pricing on a menu.. after this morning I will never ever return to Olympus.. which is sad because if I didn’t want to spend a ton of money and wanted to go around the corner they were a great option.. There is a cheaper place close by with cash only pricing in spruce, they will be getting my business from now on. I was a loyal and fairly consistent customer and that’s gone over false accusations. I wouldn’t even mind if they wanted to charge me a few extra $ because they found their pricing wasn’t profitable or they under quoted me (never an issue before tho) but to triple the price is wild. Congrats on providing such terrible service you have inspired me enough to do my second or maybe third review ever.

I have been in your location far more than 2-3 times thank you. And i actually had told friends to try your restaurant because it is fair in price and local to a few of my friends. Please fill me in on what i'm trying to do... you guys literally used a SCALE to measure what you would give me. Trust me i'm perfectly fine with the other pizza places in the area, and ive never actually requested just bacon from any other pizza place.. i stopped in and asked if you guys did breakfast and you asked me what i wanted.. we discussed you making bacon and YOU set pricing.. and sure maybe it was 5$ and change or almost 6$.. didnt realize we had to be spot on.. Also.. your tuna got me sick ( even though it tasted great..) Your Hawaiian sub was my favorite item here.. Your poutine is horrible. Your pizza is ok.. Your steak tips are ok, but you dont put them in foil so they dont get the fries all soggy.. your bacon is cooked briefly then you deep fry it.. your steak and cheese is bland.. remind me how i've only eaten here twice.. You lost a good customer because you woke up on the wrong side of the bed one morning.. I had always had a good experience with you guys even when the food was just ok... it was close and it was...

People spend a lot of money now a days on take out but for some reason nobody wants to listen to people when they order and rush everything this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this place it sucks we decided to try them one more time and things were screwed up again I Ordered plain chicken and cheese quesadillas and they sent us one loaded with more onions and peppers barely any chicken We did not order peppers and onions on it just chicken and cheese, nor does it show on there online menu peppers and onions it says just chicken so when we called to tell them we didn’t order peppers and onions on it, which we never would have ordered because my husband has severe reactions to peppers the gentleman on the phone told me I had to purchase another quesadilla when it was there screw up? and they forgot another item that was supposed to go with my order How am I responsible for purchasing another one when you screwed my order up so your taking my money for something that you made wrong and that I did not order nice real nice Watch out people I guess times are tough and they’ll make your food however they see fit and take your money anyway and ignore you when you order and when they screw up they don’t even offer to fix the problem the quesadilla was perfectly in tact we didn’t touch it or eat it or were trying to get another one and that’s how he treated us we offered to give it back so we could have the one we originally ordered and paid for but now the quesadilla is in the garbage and I have to order something else for my husband and i feel like I was stolen...

I'm putting one star because it wouldn't let me put zero.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED...I just ordered a "Mediterranean veggie sub" and had them add turkey cause I'm feeling like some meat... THIS "GREEK"man COOKED the veggies when I got out and realized this had happened I called and the man (in lower case, cause that's what he is) told me if I didn't know what the sandwich was it wasnt his fault and no I could not have money back but I could get another sandwich did he give change for the difference.. NO! if they were going to invite a Mediterranean salad into a sandwich WHY WOULD THEY COOK THE VEGGIES!!???!! IF THEY WENT TO ITALY OR THE MEDITERRANEAN THEY WOULD GET SHAMED FOR WHAT THEY SERVED ME... That was a disgrace to food and should have never been done. Disgusting and what?!! Are YOU DOING OLYMPUS PIZZA WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!! step up your game man.

I KNOW what a MEDITERRANEAN salad is and NEVER have I EVER seen it cooked!!!! ..14$and didn't make up the difference not WORTH IT because I said I didn't know if the added turkey would go good with it but I wanted some meat today you"the owner"cooked your Mediterranean salad and put it on bread.. No one that I have asked even understands why you would have done that? Why?! And you were insulted the second I called... And rude to boot... Word of mouth says you just lost ten loyal customers btw just saying. Good...
