Well I got my scooter fired up and decided to go and find out how progress was going on the trail to the airport. Son of a gun it was really nice and it starts over on that little extension from Queen City Ave to South Willow Street where the railroad tracks used to go across the road. Lots of people are using it, a really great cross-section of everybody was out there. I saw several elderly couples, quite a number of families with strollers and it looks like the city put some lights up along the edges of the trail from Walmart down to the lake. There were ducks, big dragonflies and they also found a really big grin going right across my face as I smiled and said hello to all the people. If you keep going past Walmart you get an amazing reward, it's very primevil down at the other end and when I went out into the street there, I found I was right next to the post office where all the Manchester mail comes from. So going there on my scooter beats sitting in traffic on South Willow Street any day. Here are some pictures taken around the lake and then some at the very end where you...

Broken glass everywhere. I volunteer to help clean it from time to time but it's so overwhelming. The city really needs to step up in this department. Getting rid of the skatepark stopped some of the neighborhood problems but some people actually used the skatepark for what it was intended for and now we have nothing. They need to put in another skatepark without the huge dip in the ground it made things in it invisible. Make it ground level. Very few people around here could skate a 10 foot vert anyway. We need a skatepark because you can get in trouble just skating street spots in the city. Also please open the...

I've taken a Walmart/ any shopping bag, thrown on a pair of cleaning gloves and pick up a bag of trash a minimum of 3x's a week&even though it doesn't make a dent w.just me but if more people did, more people might actually start being prideful of their community. A place where we don't have to worry about our innocent children finding a syringe AT THE PARK WHERE...
