We explained we had an appointment at Brilliant Earth the following week and Altaf suggested we come back after that appointment and he would have some diamonds to show us. Fast forward to the next week, we left Brilliant Earth disappointed again.

Showing up at Blue Diamond after Brilliant Earth was like a breath of fresh air. During our visit Altaf showed my girlfriend and I two great pear diamonds, but I decided I wanted to sleep on the options. I went home and did my research and Altaf followed up with any questions I had. I made a second appointment that I went to alone and Altaf showed me another four pear diamonds. However, I still was very picky. Altaf and I had detailed conversations about what I was looking for. We both agreed to wait for another shipment to come in. Not once was Altaf pushy, and he listened with care to every thought or hesitation.

During the days in between the shipment, Altaf made sure I was not stressing or anxious. During the third appointment, Altaf found the perfect pear diamond that hit every criteria I was looking for! From there, I was introduced to Kali, the designer. She was also very respectful and a great listener. My girlfriend had an exact setting drawn out and Kali was able to make the exact drawing come to fruition. I had a tight schedule for the ring and Altaf and Kali were able to deliver before the target date. Days leading up to the date, Kali kept me in the loop about the design process and was able to provide CAD images for the ring.

My fiancee got the exact design she wanted in the budget she wanted, while I wanted a more precious metal my quote came out to be a bit over my budget and estimate from other jewelers but Altaf's personalty assured me that I would be getting a high quality band at the best price he could offer without short changing anyone involved.

Blue Diamond is family! Our connection to Kali and Blue Diamond started with my sister and her now husband. My sister’s husband had a vision for a custom-made engagement ring for my sister.
