Took the sales associates 3 days to decide how to proceed with an exchange on an equally priced item. I don't know how their management structure works that the women that work there are not empowered to make an even change for a different color hoodie. Whatever. Came back repeatedly to try to sort this. They treated me like I was trying to commit fraud since I bought it online using shoppay. I just wanted them to figure it out. Today, Amber did not want to hear or couldn't understand when I explained to her how her manager Nicole told me to proceed with the exchange. They lost the entire sale when trying to make me pay in full again after refunding to shoppay. The more I think about this the more it seems like they were intentionally trying to make me go away. Terrible customer service from Amber and Nicole could have done an even exchange 3 days ago. I didn't even want the labor day sale price on the colorway I wanted--honored. Terrible all around. Never again will I bother---- Which feels like...

The store looks great, the clothes look cute. However when you are being charged such over the top prices for a “popular brand” you would think you at least buy good quality. The quality is poor, and to me that is just so sad. Being an entrepreneur myself I would feel very bad, selling this. We all know this cannot cost a lot to produce… probably the owner makes very good money. To me this feels wrong and it feels like a rip off. PLEASE, match your quality with your prices. Or just bring down the price to the quality. Than it feels better for the customer, maybe also for the owner. There is more to life than just profit: it is called doing the right thing. Create some balance. Trust me, that feeling is better than just focusing...

Like every other review here. I find this brand racist and profits on indigenous cultures. I don’t understand why people would pay over $200 for a simple hoodie, shirt, and even sweatpants. I a understand it’s “California, handmade, etc” but the styles are ridiculous. I work In Manhattan beach and it’s oddly creepy to see that it looks like a cult with the white folks only.
