University Radiology — Attraction in Maplewood

Came here to do tests for my upcoming surgery. They failed to give my doctor + surgeon my records records. My doctor called this office and Ayanna called me on my phone and told me to come back. When I called the office to make an appointment to pick up my records, different members of staff switched me from one to another for a long time in an abusive manner. They connected me to a private household where a few males, I believe friends of Ayanna, harassed me.

Much later I talked to Ayanna and she told me to come to the office in the freezing rain and fog. I am an elderly immigrant widow, it is not easy for me to drive 25 mi in rain and fog. I asked Ayanna to leave the records for me to be picked up for the next day. She rudely refused. I came to the office exhausted and was put in a waiting room for a long time. Then they moved me to a back room and put me in a weird single chair in the corner for a long time. Later Ayanna suddenly appeared in front of me. I complained about the bad situation she put me through. Ayanna cut me off, she has been screaming at me, calling me names declaring she will not give me my records. She was gaslighting me. She was pointing her scary huge nails into my face, I looked back and saw people standing behind me with angry faces ready to pounce on me in case I would fight back this vicious group attack. Without saying a word I ran out. I called police. I lost feeling in my legs, I suffered a ministroke. My heart was pounding. Police offered to call an ambulance.

I think the office lost my records but had the audacity to charge my insurance and to cover up their tracks by the premeditated sadistic attack on a helpless senior citizen. They destroyed my health, they...

As someone mentioned, I will not recommend this place! This was my second time going there, so it’s not like I am a newbie! They told me I don’t have a script that I should call get it from my doctor. I asked if they could call it and ask, they told me know that it is hard to get them and that I have to do it on my own. I called first and the lady sent the referral same as what I have. The ladies in this office told me it is not what they wanted, that it is the script and I had indeed told the representative it was the script. I called again to have them send the correct script. It took me 40 mins to sort this thing and luckily I came at 11:35 am for my 12:00 pm appointment. I went to seat done at 12:05pm for them to let me know if they had my fax (fax only takes 1min to 3mins). They were too busy and even forgot me. I had to go up to the window at 12:17pm and she told me yes that the fax came.

Until 12:35 pm I went up to the window saying I am still waiting and they told me I was late. I told them that’s not true! It’s not my fault if I didn’t have the script and I was here coming in and out trying to have the script sent to them by phoning my doctor’s office.

Unfortunately, I will never come back here again! The only reason I am still waiting is because I took Uber for $20 to come here and I will be doing the same on my way back. I want to make sure this was not a waste of my time.

Their staff and doctors are very nice but their billing team is inefficient and is such a scammer. I went to their office for and US Renal and X-Ray and they validated my insurance and said they accept it .After my exams ,they opened up a dispute regarding $155 with their debt collector Remex Inc. and I called my insurance to tell them about it so we had a conference call and my insurance told them to correct the bill regarding some provider info and paid them in full . But after few months they opened up another dispute today for $5 . Do they think if a person is coming for exams they can't pay $5 . It is so easy for their billing team to report unclosed accounts so easily but they do not think that reporting the account to debt collectors would affect the credit score and how a consumer can be affected by this . Instead of calling me or sending me an account due bill of $5 they just report you to debt collectors .I mean this is insane. We are living in such uncertain times and our credit scores are everything . They are giving me mental trauma and harassing me for no reasons .

Even my patient portal account says "Paid" for this particular amount . I mean their billing team is living in delusion . I do not understand how inefficient and unethical their...
