I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Honesty and integrity doesn’t get better than this place. My HTC10 phone had a cracked screen. Did a google search and found this highly rated phone screen repair shop. Stopped in. Didn’t stock my screen but could order it in for me. But first he did a computer search and found I could order a refurbished HTC10 on eBay for about 2/3 the cost of the repair. I chose to give my money to the local guy for the repair and told him to order the new screen and call me when it was in and I would drop the phone off at his shop. He would not take a deposit for the screen. He called in a couple days and had the new screen. I said I would be in the next day. Before heading for the repair shop the next morning, I decided to remove the phone’s protective case. I almost also removed the after-market screen protector I had applied myself nearly 2 years ago when the phone was new. However, I was a bit concerned that the cracked glass screen would come apart so I left it on. When I returned to the shop a few hours later, to my surprise I was told that it was the screen protector which had done its job and cracked and not the phone screen itself. Although I felt a bit foolish for not having removed the screen protector myself and discovering that no repair was needed, I was grateful that he was so honest. He said there was no charge and would not accept payment, even for the screen he had to special order. He said he would put it into his inventory for future use but I know the chances of another HTC10 owner needing a screen repair in Marathon are pretty slim. Read moreI’m very sorry to do this review to a local business, but I feel betrayed by a trusted profesional ...In June 2017, I took my apple laptop to be repaired because it was not turning on... after two weeks there, they told me, the mother board needs to be replaced... I said OK... paid them $188.11 and took the computer home.... after a month working, the computer shut down again, I took it back to repair and today 3 months later, no one from the store had called me to inform me of the problem or when it will be fixed ...when I called today, very upset for the lack of professionalism, the owner of the store, told me that he had not worked on it and that it was my fault the data was bad, because I had used Quickbooks... (and some sort of technical explanation).....told him that I had taken the computer there because it was not turning on, like the first time it was there.... he hang up the phone, supposedly because I was yelling ....I went to pick up my computer.... he told me in my face he was giving me my computer back in pieces, that he will NOT put it together and if I want to I could take it to Miami or hire an attorney...I said no, I will only write a review about your services and he went on to threaten me and said that if I write a bad review on him, he will write 100 about my business if I wanted to play that game.... Read moreOn 12/23/24 my computer gave me the blue screen and would not boot. I took it to All Keys Computers and spoke with Delvis, the tech working. He said he'd try and get it to boot and would call me later in the day. He called, and ultimately it turned out the hard drive was bad. It was economically more feasible to buy a new computer and have my data transferred. Delvis thought the new one would be ready early afternoon on 12/24, Christmas Eve. He called and said the process was very slow due to my damaged old hard drive, but thought it would still be finished that afternoon. I was in the area late afternoon and stopped to see how things were going. Files were still transferring and Delvis said he'd stay until it was done...and this was Christmas Eve when other businesses were already closed early. The transfer continued very slowly and we decided at 5:30 PM that he would call it a day. Delvis asked me if I needed the computer for anything critical and amazingly volunteered to come in on Christmas Day and finish it up if I did. I didn't need it for anything critical and he had it done and all ready by late morning on 12/26. Apparently this store has new owners and this tech, Delvis, has been working there for about 3 months so any old negative reviews do not apply.
