The Staff makes me feel like a drug addict for asking about their products… maybe it’s because they don’t know anything about cannabis other than you can smoke buds to get high. I have referred 2 friends to this store to receive 500 points each for the loyalty program, and I haven’t received any points whatsoever. My friend was scammed today by a faulty Pen that was advertised too his face. Meaning he didn’t ask for this product, it was brung to his face. Then he took it home and it didn’t work. He come back to exchange the pen and was told he couldn’t get another pen because they had no more in stock, and that if they had one in stock they could exchange, then when he asked if he could come back when they got new pens delivered , the district manager said he could “lose his job” for doing just that, for doing what he said he would do …. Exchange the pen . Then another employee illegally proceeds to take the pen and smoke medical marijuana outside in the public parking lot to see if my friend was lying about his pen not working. I visited this store for the first time time today. I had signed up online for the club and received an email that states "Get any one item for $5 " just for joining. When I got there the lot was empty I had just left trulive just a few minutes away and they were packed and had a wait. That was not a good sign having an empty lot. I went in and told them I signed up for the club and I was to get any item for $5 . He said No that's $5 off any product. This was completely a scam to get people in the door. I don't like to be tricked and brought in the door under false pretences. They tried to sell me glass and vapes. I don't use them and asked for what flower they have.
