KFC — Restaurant in Marianna

I was the only one in the dinning room. Waited a good 10 min before I got my order taken. There was 2 employees and a manager in the office.. when I did order I ordered 4 price meal and 6 chicken wings Buffalo. It took another 10 to 15 minutes to get my order.. the employees where very polite and helpful, without leadership. When I got home and took the food out of the bag, the wings were actually tossed in BBQ and not Buffalo. The chicken I got with 4 piece look like it was from lunch, I order at 5pm. I ate the skin but the chicken under it was so dry and and had shriveled up to almost none was there on the bone. The skin was good but only because of the 11 herbs and spices. The biscuit was hard as a brick. The only good things were the fries were hot and the wings were hot. They had to cook those when I ordered. This location needs help, and I don't think it was the hourly employees it seems to be lack of supervision. I probably will not revisit this location...

We visited there and ordered 2 - $20 fill up boxes which is supposed to be 10 pieces of chicken each and two large sides each. In addition we ordered 2 more large sjdes. Firstly they shorted us total of 4 pieces of chicken because each bucket only had 8 pieces in it and second they didn't put the 2 additional large sides in the bag. So not only did I have to go back to get my sides that I ordered and paid for but I didn't know yet that I was also shorted four pieces of chicken. I only found out after i had already gone back once to get the sides that they left out. I decided not to go back and I'm not going to go back there ever. Oh I and I forgot to mention the chicken itself wasn't good either..it was dry and definetly not up to KFC standards. It is a shame because I've eaten at KFC since I was a kid and always loved it. Needless to say I won't be visiting that location again...

Absolutely horrible. I love KFC feed but the people have no customer service experience the Order Box is always broken you have to remember what you want by time you get up there many times they have a sign on the window just as cash only when the employee tells you there's only cash they did not ever say sorry for the inconvenience thanks from management anything of the sort and then they forget something every single time I went. People are rude disorganized and it is a way too high priced for the lack of service and food options and they're always out of everything. And from what I could see through the drive-thru window the cleanliness of this place is atrocious. This place it needs to be shut down or be completely Under New Management and get some decent working people in there not somebody that looks at you like your inconvenience because you're there to get...
