So I reserved the right to make a review on this location as I have never had a vape shop experience. The reviews online shook me but due to the thought of ,meh everyone makes a mistake people online suck etc. I went into this location and thought "Hey with there being 3 people I might get good service" Nope they were more interested in selling 2$ cigars than the 150$ package they put in my hands ( MSRP on the package they gave me is 75$ and multiple outlets selling for 69.95). They then tried to sell me batteries for a self contained Mod box. During this time i had a moment to look at my phone and see while what they were offering me was rated well but was paying an exorbitant price. I mentioned this to the Manager/Owner. She decided to knock 20$ off the price. Then after we discovered that I didn't need the 35$ batteries (yes you read that right) she pretended like she did me some kind of favor by returning them for me. If I was not under the marital issues like "if I ever put a pinch of tobacco in my lip again i can sleep on the couch" type pressure to fuel the impulse buy I wold have never spent money here. We live in Maricopa unfortunately we need to drive into Chandler for quality on most things. I went into Red Star Vapor today and it was night and day. They not only knew what they were talking about the price was less than half for juice and it didn't taste like...

I used to love this smoke shop when the older owners ran it..not sure if they are still the same owners but this place has gone downhill since than... I'm not one to ever write reviews but I just went in there had smoke rings blown into my face where I felt like I was suffocating and i asked to look at two pipes and the guy slammed the counter pretty much in my face and was dropping the F bomb very other word. I have only been in a few times in the last couple years because of the horrible customer service and my last visit will be my last. They never ask if you need help looking at anything and just talk about smoking and doing drugs as we can all hear them. I know its a smoke shop and not a corporate event but c'mon guys...lost our business will continue to go into town and give my money to Sky High and business owners that actually care. OH AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN to a smoke shop where they don't wrap your product. My brother bought a piece (I wasn't spending my money here) and they didn't even wrap it...When he was done checking out the dude was just like "Do you need a copy of your receipt or anything?" and I step and in and ask them to wrap it for him and the guy seemed super annoyed and sloppy wrapped it like it was such an inconvience...this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI find it funny that the 2 worst reviews on here are from ex-employees of the Smoker's Edge. Both of which were fired for reasons that any business would terminate an employee. Both of these individuals bad mouth the products, eliquids, and the owner, yet they both purchased the same products and eliquids that they bad mouth. Just seems to me that they both have some growing up to do. As for my personal opinion of the Smoker's Edge. The staff consisting of 4 employees are knowledgeable of majority of all the products on hand in the shop. Nobody can know everything about every item that is sold no matter how big or small a business is. As a customer I have always be treated like a friend when I walk into the shop. The owners Jim and Roxi are incredibly nice individuals, every time that I have talked with them. They are people trying to put out a good product and create a friendly atmosphere where customer want to come back and spread the word about their personal experience in the Smoker's Edge. If your a potential customer reading the reviews for the Smoker's Edge as a way to decide to visit or not I would say go in and experience it for yourself, don't let a few disgruntle ex-employees sway...
