Read moreI'm basing my review for my visit on Sunday, March 7th, 2021. Number 1, parking is very, very, VERY.......limited. I suggest pack your car like sardines on your way up there. Number 2, when you manage to find parking make sure you travel lite. It's a nice little hike to get to the beach. Not wheelchair accessible, strollers will be impossible and if your bringing coolers and food and etc.,..make sure your friends and or family and or your significant other will help carry those items. The begining of your hike is a climb. Not a long climb up but don't take it for granted....and the rest is a breeze. However, trekking back to the car will prove to be difficult if your carrying items. Number 3, the sand. The sand is grainy. What I didn't like about the sand was the sand fleas. The beach was infested. That was the big no for me.
The only thing I loved about the beach was the scenery and how vast is looked on either side. I hiked about a good 5 miles on both sides. It's a good workout. Unfortunately, there were no shells and the tide was high so I didn't spend a lot of time enjoying myself.
Sorry I didn't give positive feedback guys. Have a great...
